Talk about life savers! Our office was in dire need of sump pump maintenance on a Friday evening and they flew into action. We were brand new customers to them, and they came out immediately, stuck through the process into the evening hours and into the weekend. They completely saved our system and were so courteous, friendly and professional! Their general manager reached out to our office on Monday morning to check on everything to make sure we were satisfied with how the unit was working after the fix. They've earned our future business and I would recommend them to anyone for commercial or residential work.

I contacted Pacific Plumbing after getting a high water bill. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Austin came to the house with his mask (thanks Covid) and asked politely if he could come in and look around. Manners are a lost art! He checked the water meter and did a few other little things with my fixtures that I remembered while he was here. He knew what he was doing, had a wonderful attitude and I'd definitely have him out again. Thanks Pacific Plumbing!

Keeling Plumbing came to me on a recommendation. A new sink had been installed & I required new faucet, water supply feeds, & drain reconnected from a new cabinet/counter top installation. Mr. Keeling returned calls promptly & scheduled my service quickly. I am very satisfied with the service provided and he will be the 1st call for any future plumbing needs.

Chuck and his team was prompt and professional. I called them this morning and they were right out to fix Kent Foushee's hot water heater. We highly recommend them!

Edit Review: I was a satisfied Comfy club member for over 2 years until a bad experience left me feeling like just a number. I spent at least an hour on hold. I have been and am currently being ignored by management and I have not had a filter replaced that could be damaging my unit which is by their standards in great condition for over a month… not sure how a company can operate like this and feel they are providing a service. Called 3 times and asked for any simple resolution and was told a manager would reach out to me but I guess they actually just don’t care. Dauenhauer you earned this bad review and I didn’t want to write it but feel the need to warn others: great employees, bad management.Jason Wurz came out to help with my A/C. It turned out to be the capacitor and he educated me on what it meant and how common it was. He gave me good general information on how to maintain my HVAC and helped place my mind at ease. I think very highly of now and also even more highly of Jason Wurz. He was awesome, very down to earth and a straight shooter. Didn’t attempt to upsell me anything I didn’t need and told me all about the comfy club benefits. If I need HVAC work in the future I will call and ask for Jason.Thank you,
