I have not yet used these services but let me tell you why I will. Yesterday, my girlfriend and I were running up Collins in Miami Beach and started to cut across traffic just before The W... And with the green light heading northbound... the driver made eye contact and waved us across! It sounds little I KNOW. But if the driver is willing to do the little things - they are more likely to deliver on the big things. So, cheers random stranger and thank you for you graciousness.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Pro Plumbing went out of their way to help me with my broken sewage pipe that a phone company damaged during installation. The pipe was buried 3 1/2 deep in the ground which they dug up manually. Pro Plumbing treated me as if I've known them for years. They are very professional & would not hesitate to recommend Pro Plumbing to anyone that needs service.

Roto-Rooter rescued my family when our water heater just decided to stop working in the afternoon. We were hoping that it was a bad element, but during our Technician’s, Jose Palancar, (tech #2535) inspection it was apparent that we were in bad shape. Jose found the problem that caused the melted wires (a valve above the unit had a very slow drip onto the Water Heater). I am so thankful that Jose was very patient and meticulous for looking into why the problem occurred so we were able to fix the valve and install a new WH. Thank you Roto-Rooter for sending us an awesome technician!

They sent a Technician by the name of Hunter and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and was very nice and very clean. He wore foot booties without me asking and was overall just awesome. We will request him in the future and we highly recommend Edenfield and Hunter.

I was referred to Cyclone by a friend who had large renovations done to his home previously. Tom came out and inspected the plumbing issue that I had reported with my home which included slow draining, occasional backups, and a smell coming from underneath our home (1920's bungalow in Seminole Heights). He quickly set a follow up appointment to have their team do a more accurate inspection to ensure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After we knew all of the issues that needed to be repaired, Tom gave me a straight forward and very fair price for work that would completely fix our plumbing issues. At no point was there any up-selling or pressure to add more services. He simply asked me after the full evaluation what would you like from us? They fixed exactly what they promised and didn't add any surprise fees or cost at the end. One thing that stood out for us is Cyclone never charged us until the job was complete, this includes the two times they came out before starting work to ensure that we knew what the source of the problems were. Most other companies will charge you just to come out and say hi. These guys are local and were very knowledgeable of the type of construction and common issues with this style home. My wife and I are very happy and would absolutely use them in the future with any other services we need that they offer.

I found a water leak Sunday and called late and left a message and received a call back right away from Carlos. He told me how to shut the system down and dispatched his guys first thing Monday Morning! They showed me the issue, their price was absolutely fair and I strongly recommend them for their service work!

Just when I thought my garbage disposal broke, Steve, the owner was very helpful in walking me step by step how to reset the garbage disposal button. He saved me a bunch of money. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for a honest skilled plumber. Thanks

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
