We placed a service call under our warranty contract for a leaking hot water heater and was contacted by Tony's Plumbing Solutions. He was at our house that day and worked directly with the warranty company to replace the hot water heater. There were a few code violations in our home that needed to be addressed to install it with a minor additional expense. We did not have a problem with that because he fully explained why the heater needed replacing and exactly what was not right with the plumbing that needed to be updated, and he made it clear to us why.
When he came with the new hot water heater a few days later, due to following the warranty company's guidelines, we asked him if he could install it on the other side of the wall in the garage instead of in the house. He was happy to do so and was very understanding on why I wanted it there and also gave a couple ideas with what we wanted to do with the original space. He was timely, courteous, professional and overall, it was a great experience to work with him. We will call him again if we ever need any plumbing work done in the future, like that bathroom shower relocated that is in the dream plans.

I came home this evening to my toilets and bathtubs overflowing with sewage. Yuck. Had a tough time finding an emergency plumber to handle this mess immediately as it is St. Patty's day AND a sunday night. Jim arrived withing 45 minutes of my phone call - identified the issue - and went to work quick. Within 20 minutes all toilets and tubs were draining normally and the sewage catastrophe receded. Jim's got a lifetime of experience in the plumbing industry and really helped me out in a pinch. Definitely recommend this company for emergency plumbing.

Amazing experience!

We were waiting over a week for a different plumbing company to show up but they canceled on us 3 hours after the time they were supposed to show up to our Paraiso building in downtown.

I called our buildings management office and they recommended island plumbing. After calling the company we had a tech here within an hour. Super polite and didn’t mind waiting while the building was figuring everything out at the receiving dock.

Unlike the previous company that quoted us 6 hours and all these parts we might need since they were discontinued from when our building was built.. island plumbing finished everything under 2 hours charging fraction of the price quoted by another company.

We are very happy with the services we received and will make sure to recommend this company to our entire building.

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
