I had a dripping faucet in my bath tub. I called them on Monday morning and they scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning.. on Tuesday morning they showed up at 8:30 am on time and the work was completed within 15 minutes and I was completely satisfied with work and the cost. The cost was less then I was expected. This is the second time that I have had to use As Quick As I Can Plumbing and have been satisfied with them both times. I definitely will recommend them to my neighbors and anyone else that needs a plumber. Mr. Clark is very polite and very knowledgeable. Please consider him next time you need a plumber for emergencies or just regular plumbing repairs.If I was to do the job that Mr. Clark did it would have taken me several hours to complete the work he did in such a short time.Thank you Mr. Clark. Fixed my breakers and wiring

I had a bad experience with the owner of the company and would not recommend them based on the way he treated me. They gave us an estimate for a simple job and we questioned the quote bc the estimate seemed like a long amount of labor. We were told the job would take 2 hours of work and it was $100 an hour plus parts. The job was easily finished in less then an hour with no trouble. They still wanted to charge me the inflated price that was clearly quoted wrong on the time the job would take. I spoke with the owner and told them I was not paying for extra time that wasn’t spent and he immediately became rude and combative and said people like you try to get a cheaper price after. I explained I didn’t want a cheaper price I wanted to pay for the hours they worked. After being completely disrespected and yelled at by him he agreed to charge me a lower price. This was a very terrible experience and will not use them again. It was one thing to have a misunderstanding, but to be talked to like I am a terrible person and treated like that will not be tolerated. I felt like they over quoted the time by a lot to make more money off the small job.

The Master Electrician, Michael Thurston, was phenomenal! He was professional, courteous, extremely skilled and experienced, timely and personable. He was the perfect ambassador for Mister Sparky. We actually added to our project work thamks to his counsel. He was also an attentive mentor to his junior partner, Carlos. Michael took his work seriously without being testy or short with us when we broached slight changes in our desired plans for the scope of work. And finally, Michael was our advocate with senior management when settling the cost of the project. It was most pleasant experience I can recall while spending thousands of dollars! Mister Sparky and Michael Thurston are on speed-dial!

As a Network Engineer we always need electrical work done to keep the Internet up and running. With that, one of my clients always uses American Electric so we hired them to expand an electrical segment for a new UPS deployment. They gave me a quote that was within budget, we set a time that would work along with our tear out for the expansion, and everything was completed more smoothly than I have never seen from any other contractor. I know that my my client has worked with them in the past with positive results; however, with working with American Electric on this project for this client. They have gained my trust to the extent that I would recommend them for any IT Contractor needing electrical work performed on site!! I cannot thank them enough for the professionalism, courtesy, and the amazing customer service they provide!! Not to mention, the client achieved amazing results from the expert installation!! Also, working with American Electric, and their impeccable response time saved our client (a Non-Profit), a lot of time on a sensitive project. My next project that involves electrical will definitely be to American Electrical!!

absolutely poor service. cut a hole in my living room ceiling per a service request with a home warranty and left it and it has been 3 months and they deny even doing the job when i have photographic evidence.
