Showed up the same day within an hour of my call. If you have a plumbing problem and want someone who you can trust, call them!

The whole crew is a true professional. After 12 years, my hot water crew pretty well disbanded. They responded quickly to my call for help and were able to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate for a new water heater and servicing in within an hour. It just took a couple of guys and the owner a few hours to finish the examination. This last month, the water heater has performed flawlessly. It's a gamble to trust anyone else. When a business merits my feedback, whether positive or negative, is when you'll find me penning a review. Don't hesitate to hire them; they're great.

You won't use another plumber after using Scott and associates. The Technician was Richard and he's very professional and explain what action he was taking step by step. I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

Lapin called me To offer their septic tank service. They were able to schedule at a convenient time. Patrick called me on the morning it was scheduled to let me know he was on the way. He was very courteous and professional and worked quickly. I will use Lapin again.

Pinhole leak in a copper pipe - $143 to fix. It took them under 1/2 hour to fix it. I assume that if they worked a full 8 hours on a project, it would cost 16 X $143 or $2,288.
I'm not sure what other plumbers charge.

I am very happy with the service that my family received. Any negative reviews should be disregarded. Craig and his team did a fabulous job re-piping our entire house, which was built in the mid Nineteen Fifties and was well past due for an update to pex pipes. They knocked out our job in record time and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you Craig and Kimberly!!
