Great guys - very professional, prompt, stayed on the job till it was done. Excellent communication with the office. Cannot recommend them enough! I would never call anyone else.

My shower was leaking like crazy and while I tried to fox it myself, things weren't going as expected. I contacted Pro-Tech to fix this problem. The technician arrived on time on 6/19/18. He diagnosed the problem immediately and used the parts I had already bought to repair the shower handle. The technician was polite, kept the house and area clean, and explained even gave me some tricks of the trade in case a similar problem happens again.

I called on Saturday. Caleb arrived out and gave me a quote on task to be done. Caleb arrived early than what I was told. He advised of the work that needed to be completed. He installed to faucets and replaced two valves in my toilets. He said it would the about 3 hours. He finished earlier than expected. He was professional and courteous. This is my second time using this company. I will use them again.

Action Plumbing recently helped us out when the burner on our hot water heater went out. They were out the same day, diagnosed the problem and diligently worked to overnight the needed part for repair. Leo was extremely helpful to me and my wife and the office staff was extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Action Plumbing.

Fantastic price, service, and quality

The worse service and customer service I have ever received. Bryan the technician completely destroyed my front lawn attempting to pull out a snake that he got caught in the line without asking for my authorization prior to doing so. He said the job was very difficult and that he pulled a big clog out. All I saw was one paper towel. I asked to see what was pulled out, he said it was went down the pipes already. When I called in to speak to customer service. Elvira, was so rude. She said “Either pay the bill or we’ll put a lien on your house, you can try to fight it, but it’s not my first rodeo.” Stay away, do not recommend.

Fast and friendly

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

I could not be more pleased with the service I receive from Modern Plumbing. I am doing a renovation and they have been wonderful working around the other contractors and always do a great job. My tech Johnny really goes above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer and makes sure everything is to my satisfaction. Thank you for the great work!

All of the above. Techs are knowledgeable about their products and give the impression they are experienced in the field. They know what they're talking about. Every tech I've had has been friendly, courteous, considerate. Ferran is one of the best companies I've dealt with.

John Chambers is not honorable person , he is one man show and never finish work. He agreed to do a job for us and he got couple of service call so put our job aside , he even told us he got couple of service calls after our job and he also think (not sure) there is a bigger job is coming his way so he can't do our work, he wasted our time for half a day to show him different jobs and he simply don't follow thru. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY TO FINISH THE JOB, DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY UPFRONT MONEY AND IF YOU CAN AVOID DEALING WITH HIM GO TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR HE ONLY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. THIS GUY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.
