The people at Rainaldi did a great job. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and nice, and someone got dispatched within a couple of hours to clean out my main drain line. And Lee came out and did a great job and explained everything and was very professional and helpful. I was able to utilize a $93 sewer line clean out special.
Now all my house drains work properly again!

We were having work done on our home and suddenly discovered a water leak in the wall. As Luis had already completed several jobs over the past year for us (installing a new water heater and several toilets), we called him. He immediately answered and was able to come out that night. Used RePipe Specialist recently to replace our 23 year old polybutylene pipes that my new insurance company didn’t like,(never had a single leak, but poly seems to be a bad word with insurance companies). They came as indicated, the work was done flawlessly, quick and with care. The drywall repairs were done a few days later and was also a great experience. Yes, expect some drywall dust even though they take their time to clean after themselves. It was a big project, but this company made it easy. Their workers were all great, friendly and professional.

After spending nearly $12k on a new AC, I’m disappointed in the cowling that covered the opening. I feel that the cowling install could have been better. It looks like something they forced to fit. Looks unprofessional. Otherwise, the service was good. The work and technicians were prompt.

Albert was awesome. Provided reasonably priced service and was very polite. Our shower knob was no longer working and was extremely hard to pull and turn on even before the handle broke. He fixed it in less than half an hour. New knob works smooth and easy.

Im giving Carlos a 1 star in order to leave a comment. Carlos worked on my parents home which he completely scammed them. We are talking about two elderly people. He did a sloppy job, inspectors came today to review his work. His work did not pass inspection. Water is not working, the faucet he installed came off, he left a hole in the bathroom. He was supposed to come to my parents home to fix his sloppy work on Saturday, but never showed up. He is not returning anyone’s phone call. He is s SCAMMER!!
