Excellent job by Landon and the entire Dick Rosher Plumbing team. Special thanks to Landon's father, Steve for being very fair as well as expeditious. Landon found the source of my sewer gas problem with a sewer gas detection device when 3 plumbers beforehand couldn't. He was also able to show me the roots that were causing the problem on video taken with his sewer camera after the gas leak detection. they did a terrific repair and gave us a report and copy of the video that is being used to support my insurance claim. Good, skilled, a little above average pricing but WELL worth it. This father and son team is on point. Absolutely recommend.

I have not yet used these services but let me tell you why I will. Yesterday, my girlfriend and I were running up Collins in Miami Beach and started to cut across traffic just before The W... And with the green light heading northbound... the driver made eye contact and waved us across! It sounds little I KNOW. But if the driver is willing to do the little things - they are more likely to deliver on the big things. So, cheers random stranger and thank you for you graciousness.

October 31, 2019: Hector (1911) was very professional and meticulous. He even asked when needing paper towels if he could take one. After he finished installing the new garbage disposal he wiped everything down.If and when we need a plumber again, we will be calling Roto-Rooter and definitely requesting Hector!November 1, 2019: Goes to show, employees can really make or break a company, no matter how well established. I was suppose to have a representative from the water damage assessment team here at 10 AM today. She called yesterday a few times confused about who she was calling and finally scheduled me for 10 AM today. She has not shown up or called, 30 minutes late now which is totally unacceptable. This person just blew Roto-Rooter's reputation with me. Management should take note of this employee.

My client's tenant had an emergency with a toilet problem, Abraham from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing answered the phone and within hours he went to the property and fixed the problem. He helped me get the COI for the HOA and kept me informed of the procedure all the way. He was courteous, professional and fast. I will definitely keep them on the top of my rolodex. I highly recommend them.

Before I had called Home Adviser and they sent an electrician instead of a plumber and plus never sent the COI the way the HOA requests and on top of it they charged 335.00.

Amazing service! Found them through Thumbtack on they were very responsive: I posted a request around 7AM, got a call at 8AM and the specialists were at my house by 9:30AM!

Carlos and Josh were extremely professional by giving thorough and detailed explanations of potential problems and root causes, analyzing my toilet water tank and deciding to replace the parts successfully.

They used a tablet to go through each step of the process in their system, clarifying what I was signing for and the amount to be charged, which felt very transparent and professional.

To be totally honest I didn't compare prices with other plumbers so I can't really review regarding that, but the service I received was 1st class. I received very high water bills and called Daniel to check out why.
The second I called the company I knew they were very professional,
I was in touch with Daniel while I was out of town and he basically did everything! From locating the problem to Going to Home Depot to purchase new toilets for me and installing them all in one day! Daniel was very prompt in responding to my emails/texts and updated me on everything done while I was not there
( sending images as well). Do not hesitate to contact these guys! A+ service!!

I could not believe that I did not know what to do. I do all the fixing things around my home. the water was gushing out so fast. After calling R&R Plumbing. They fixed it right away. One company said that I would have to pay $150.00 just to come out and give me an estimate. Another said $260.00 an hour R&R put on a new nozzle in less than 15 minutes .How great is that and I only paid one LOW price. I would recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing problem and don't want to get SCAMED.

I found a water leak Sunday and called late and left a message and received a call back right away from Carlos. He told me how to shut the system down and dispatched his guys first thing Monday Morning! They showed me the issue, their price was absolutely fair and I strongly recommend them for their service work!

Mine came. Out was professional and answered all my ?'s. Cameraed. My sewer line.and physically. Showed me. The bad cast iron he replaced cast iron. W all new pvc haven't had anymore problems I recommend plumbing police to anyone w any plumbing problems

High prices, saved $150.00 comparing pricing on water heaters and purchasing at other plumbing supply. The very same item with a better guarantee on it.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
