This business got in touch with me right away, scheduled a time for me to come in and look at the water heater, responded to my inquiries (including ones regarding the various water heater options), and offered a clear quotation that included all costs and licenses. Another business gave me a quote without even bothering to show up; they just used a picture I emailed them. Steve installs water heaters, and they are well-known. In addition to doing a great job with the installation, which entailed dealing with water and gas lines that essentially walled the old water heater in, I received a fair pricing and they returned for the permit inspection. This company is incredibly trustworthy.

Outstanding attention and service. Juan was at my house on a Saturday within an hour of calling him. Thoroughly explained what each repair problem could be and how much it would cost to fix. Was transparent and honest the entire time. Did excellent work and at reasonable prices. Will absolutely be using Laredo Plumbing again in the future.

David was without a doubt the best decision I could have made when deciding to pick a plumber off of the internet when a sudden problem occurred with my bathroom pipes. Something that we thought was just a small task turned out to be a four hour job. David remained professional and patient the entire time. I can't say enough great things about the plumbing work Jim/3rd Rock did at our place. I had a few items I needed help on including replacing two old toilets, installation of a new dishwasher and water leaking from the hose of our shower head. Jim was extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails leading up to the installation day, coordinating the ordering and pick up of equipment in advance. On the day of he came prepared (and on time!) completing the removal of the old equipment and installation seamlessly within a few hours. He was very courteous as I peppered him with questions about other general plumbing concerns (i.e. how can I get my kitchen sink to drain better, how often do water heaters need to get replaced, etc) and offered insightful responses.

So lucky to have found him and will definitely use him for our future plumbing needs!

Extremely rude, angry man and unprofessional. Do not call them. Hope they never get in our community again.

They are the worst company to have install anything!!! Faulty work, careless and not willing to correct their mistakes or make anything right! They installed a drainfield through Nova Homes and after 2 years the drainfield has failed. They aren't willing to fix it and think that their customers should pay out thousands of dollars for equipment that should last 15-25 years!!!!!!!!!
