Was here today for plywood. Purchased a smooth 4 x 8 and received the first cut for free. All kinds of wood materials.

My best friend said this was the best company he has ever worked for! Provided wonderful wages, great work environment and he would not have left if had not moved.

Oscar and his brother are wonderful licensed plumbers. They arrived to my house within the hour with a quote given ahead of time, provided by videos I sent over text message of my issue. I called Bay Plumbing first and they were unable to come see my issue until the next business day (I called at 12:30 PM on a weekday). Oscar and his brother worked hard for several hours and ensured that the issue was solved before they left, doing multiple test runs. I already have another project for them to come and work on in my guest bathroom in the next couple of weeks.
Very friendly, explained everything as they were doing it, diligent workers. I will recommend them to my neighbors on my Nextdoor app.

We used them for commercial plumbing work conducted on our sewer and relay back in 2019. Southwest plumbing invoiced for the job without closing out the permit. They were quick to invoice and collect the payment but never close out the permit resulting in a fine and county violation. They do not answer their phones or respond to voice mails and email messages. Buyer BEWARE!

Spent $390 for a leak test in 8/2021 that yielded no results and no follwow up from the plumbers.

I had to then spend $375 on ANOTHER plumber who was professional and found my leak issue.

Do yourself a favor and find another plumber.

When Ivan from AM Plumbing first came out to replace my water heater, I was satisfied with their service.

Fast forward 6 months and an inspection on that unit's exhaust is needed in order to complete some roof work. I called Ivan to come out and do that. He looked everything over and noticed a few things that were not up to code. He told me he would fix them and complete the inspection.

After nearly 3 weeks, I haven't heard back from him. This is his own work, his own installation, that is sub-par, doesn't meet code, and won't pass inspection. He knows it was his original responsibility to do this work properly and acknowledged he hadn't. Now he's ghosting me to avoid completing the work.

Now I have to find another plumber to fix it and go after AM in court over damages and expenses.

Working with contractors in Miami is usually a pain in the neck - they're often late, unreliable, and sometimes just flat out dishonest. I had a major problem with my master bathroom, the sewer pipes/toilet line was corroded and leaking. USA Plumbing & Septic Inc. came right away and fixed the problem in one day. They where really nice clean and professional people and I would use them again.
