Customer service was awesome and EIE was super easy to communicate/schedule with. They were clean, efficient, and obviously experts. They worked well with the city inspector and upgraded my electrical panel so that it could support an addition, tiny house, and solar (my old 1000 sqft house had a tiny panel in the master closet and required quite a bit of good work and long electrical runs both indoors, outdoors, in a crawl space, and in an attic to achieve). Affordable too! I will hire them again for any and all future electrical work, solar work, or whatever I might need done in the future. Thanks!

My master bathroom electricity and an entire wall of outlets in my master bedroom stopped working. I was recommended to contact Allied Wiring Services from a coworker due to great work they completed at his home. I called Friday afternoon and they came Saturday morning. They immediately discovered that the issue was due to an outlet in my bathroom. Not only did they fix it, but they provided in depth details about how it was caused and recommended I get the remaining outlets in my home fixed as well to prevent further issues that could lead to a fire. As a mom of three kids, this information is highly invaluable. Also, they were done from start to finish in less than 30 minutes leaving everything clean. I will be using their services in the future to complete the recommended work, as well as any other electrical work I need done. I will also recommend them to anyone I know.

Think twice before hiring this company. They came in to install two chandeliers in our home. They had to bring in scaffolding and while Tom was on the scaffolding it fell against our wall and as a result we had three holes in the wall, our tv was damaged as well as the tv stand and the floor lamp was broken. Tom was really nice about it all and apologized. He called his insurance company right away and they contacted us the next day. Then everything stopped. It took over a month for Tom to contact the claims adjuster and verify what at transpired. We finally did settle but it was very stressful. Then just last week I received the invoice for installation of the chandeliers. He charged us $285 each for the two helpers he brought with him. All they did was put the chandeliers together and put up the scaffolding and then they swept up. Although to be honest I did most of the cleaning up. I called and left a voicemail for Tom wanting to know if those two gentlemen were certified electricians. I'm still waiting for a return call. I paid the invoice but I'm furious that I even hired them in the first place.

Following a friend’s recommendation, I used EES to instal a 240v line in my garage for an EV level 2 charger. I have since called on Joel Ebersole for other jobs I needed done and I could not be happier. All of his work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend EES for any electrical issues you may have.

After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

This is an update of my experience with Passion Electric. Bo called me on the weekend after he saw my review and was very apologetic for not contacting me previously because he did not receive my request for a return call. I felt he was very sincere and disappointed that he was not notified about my call. As I said originally, I was pleased with the quality of the work and after his review of the charge I have confidence in his ethics and concern for his customers. I’m happy to change my original rating to five stars!

I called Passion Electric because of all the 5 star reviews and described my need for repair from a house inspection result. The electricians came and gave me an estimate of $597.55 and approximate 2 hours to complete the job. I thought this rather high, but with my limited knowledge of electrical issues and the need to make the panel safe, I stupidly agreed. They completed the job of rerouting wires and correcting the dryer breaker wiring in 45 minutes. I have no issue with the completed work but rather with the exorbitant price to complete a job with short labor time and few parts.
I called Bo, the owner to discuss my dissatisfaction and left an email but after almost two weeks have not received a return call or email. On the web site, Bo states he is a Christian. As a believer myself, I find it disappointing that Passion's business practices seemingly take advantage of customers' limited knowledge about electrical matters and their desire to be safe instead of completing a job with a reasonable profit and not taking advantage of the situation. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Do as I should have done if you do use them - get a second estimate.

Toby is incredibly responsive and works quickly. He was very professional, laid out the facts and the pros and cons of several options. I was impressed with his knowledge and how friendly he was. I will definitely be using EXPERTech again!

Joe Grider installed electrical service to a gazebo we constructed in our neighborhood park. Joe was extremely helpful in guiding us through the permit process with the city and OG&E and giving us suggestions of what we would need to have power in our park to host concerts and other events. Joe and his crew were great. I highly recommend Grider Electric for all of your electrical needs.

Brian did a fantastic job with what we hired him for. He took his time but was very efficient. Every time I tried to go cheap on something he would take the time to make for sure I understood the tradeoff. He seems genuinely concerned about service after the sale as well. Overall, I highly recommend and will give him a call the next time I have an electrical need.

Lowe's scheduled this company to fix my ice maker nearly 2 weeks ago & I specifically took off today to be here. After no one showed up, I contacted Lowe's & they told me that they called Paxton & were informed I'm out of their service area. Paxton claims they rejected the job 2 weeks ago, Lowe's has no record of that. I'm only 23 miles from them!! They should have contacted Lowe's or myself...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
