Clark is great! I left a voicemail and he called me back quickly to schedule an appointment. I'm really happy about the work he did and will definitely hire him again. I recommended him to a friend and it turns out Clark is already his electrician, lol.

The men that showed up at my house were very professional, prompt and quick. I will be using this company for all of my electrical needs!!

Had a double AAA service today, Jose ran our sewer line and called in a follow up video run of line to get an even better assesment of our line, he was very helpful. Justin also came by today to do a furnace check up, he was excellent in answering all of our questions, offering suggestions, and will be sending info on humidifier cost. Both technicians were great.

Overall Tipping Hat is Excellent!!!! I am using this company for many many years. Recently Josiah did and amazing job tuning two air conditioning units. He is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He goes above and beyond his duty to help and work! Thanks!

Had a evaporative cooler installed. It had to have power. This ran from the outside. Our electrician Chris, did a fantastic job! Not only does it work, it looks artistic!

They maintain our cooler and up until this year have been pricey but efficient. This year, however, the last 4 appointments where subpar.On the first of is a 2 story house which requires 2 techs. Our house has always been 2. Reschedule!2nd visit motor got installed but they had not brought a belt which we have not gotten yet. They neglected to tell us the pads needed to be replaced so when it didn`t move enough air, we had to call them out once more to tell us that.On the next visit when we were told about the pads, we rescheduled and requested aspen pads. When they arrived to install the pads they had synthetic not aspen. You guessed it, reschedule for today.Flip the page until today when they were to be here between 10 and 2. They called to say they would a bit late and at 2 called to surprise reschedule! Enough! I finally figured out what was most important to them and it was not us!

I absolutely love how knowledgeable and professional the electricians are every time! They are so honest and never pressure you to update any of their recommendations. However, I do because they take time to explain everything and show you exactly what the issue is and how important the fix is to maintaining your safety. Ben Z is so thorough and gave me the immediate fixes and what I should fix down the road. I always feel better after they do the whole house maintenance. Thanks!
