Robert Baxter Electric

I had an appointment with one of their competitors recently. It went horribly. I canceled and called Baxter. Robert was easy to deal with and his guys made it to my place the next day. They did the job in an hour and for $690 rather than the $1200 the other guys quoted me. I offered to tip them but they declined and said they were just doing their jobs, no need to tip. Awesome company, I highly recommend them.

I would 100% recommend this business! The office ladies were nice and helpful. Only had to wait 1 day for service. Previously, I had a different electrician company say that they couldn't fix our ceiling fan. Todd was our technician had he was polite, listened, and didn't dismiss the broken fan. He actually took the time to check it out and fixed it!! Todd and his helper exceeded my expectations. Plus the service fee for fixing my fan was cheaper than buying a new one. Thank you Todd for listening and not dismissing me because I am a woman. Robert Baxter Electric is now in my phone as my go-to electrician!

Very professional and reasonably priced. They have done work for us on several occasions from small to bigger projects. Mostly commercial projects. They have been timely and accurate in their work. They respond to calls quickly when you have questions.

Mike and Gordon did a marvelous job installing sconces and a chandelier in our dining room. They were timely, polite, professional, and skilled in their trade. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Robert Baxter Electric…..exceptional in every way!

We’ve had them come out twice to repair some outlets and switches and troubleshoot some issues we were having with our older home. They were on time, knowledgeable. Reasonable price for their expertise. I’d definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Friendly and professional and prompt and reasonable. They placed an outside light in the wrong place, but it was also my poor communication., so not really a mistake of theirs. They came back to fix it promptly at no charge, when they prob could have just left it as I had paid and agreed before they left. But they instead were super ethical. Lots of companies talk like they're honest mom and pop shops, but aren't really. These people were genuinely ethical, on top of doing a good job, and having reasonable pricing (I shopped around for quotes for the tesla charger). From the person who first came and did the quote, to the guys who came and installed (and corrected), and the owner who called to fix the miscommunication issue (after they had been paid).

Had outdoor electric power installed in my backyard for a waterfall. They are efficient, friendly and very professional. Price was reasonable considering the high cost of many services these days. Highly recommend.

I had them come out and hook up a NEMA 14-50 plug so that I could use my EV level 2 home charger. Company was very professional in all interactions I had with them (on initial in-person quote, on the phone with the office, and on actual installation). They came out and did a free quote for the job (I am local to the area). They were always on time and were willing to answer my questions with their expertise. They were not trying to sell you on any service or product like some other companies. They were efficient, simple, and cost effective. A joke. Don’t use! Robert was worthless and a total mess. Treated me pourly. Dumb woman attitude. Don’t know what he was on, but it was horrible for me and his business. 2008 ? His guys would come out, get called away to a non remodel job, And I would be charged for a service call, the time setting up and the take down,
but nothing done. When they were here, a lot of stuff done poorly or not completed. Several years ago my electrical stuff started going bad, burning wires, sizzling, bulbs burning out, etc. The new electricians pointed out Baxters failures. I don’t want him back in my home! I’m looking for some new guys. And no I’m not hard to work for as long as it’s done correctly!

I had a full panel and new exterior power ran by this company. The gentlemen that did the work were all very nice. The quote was the best I could find and dealing with Robert himself was like talking to someone you know and trust. I appreciate their help and would be glad to call them back out for any future project.

I had a very good experience with the team from Baxter! I had a number of outdoor lights to replace and some indoor work to do. They sent two techs who worked independently and finished quickly. Very polite and helpful. Both took time to diagnose and answer questions. I would recommend Baxter Electric wholeheartedly!

Good experience from start to finish. I initially called because I was blowing fuses when plugging a refrigerator into an outlet in the garage. Person who answered the phone was pleasant and professional. I set the appointment.

Lido and his crew were on time for the appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem. They recommended a dedicated outlet/breaker for the refrigerator and another for the battery bank where we charge power tool batteries. I also needed a power outlet for a washing machine in my she-shed.

All work was completed same day, quickly, and for a reasonable price. Bonus was that they actually moved and plugged in the refrigerator and did the same for the washing machine.

Highly recommend Baxter Electric and will be calling them for future electrical needs.

This company is very honest and seems to genuinely care about treating their customers right. Their pricing is honest and straightforward. My project turned out to be slightly more complicated than initially thought but they were honest and transparent about the entire process.

I called Robert Baxter electric out last Wednesday to install a 30 amp generator outlet on my home. Brett came out that same day and quoted the install and then Michael returned to complete the job today. I had this quoted from several different companies, Robert Baxter electric was by far the most reasonable and most professional. Highly recommend!

- saved my house from burning down by locating and changing a socket that was arching.

The electrician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He solved the issue very fast and offered to do more to use the whole hour I paid for. I had a short in a light switch that he fixed as well as doing an inspection on my panel. The owner followed up with me to make sure I was happy with work.

They installed 4 recessed lights and 2 dimmers in a competent, professional manner, were courteous in making some suggestions that improved upon the original design configuration. Great company, great experience. I called to get some electric work done in my kitchen. They were able to get someone out by the afternoon. Todd and the other electrician worked quickly and did a great job (despite the challenge a previous electrician created). They honored the initial price they quoted me, even though it should’ve been about 1/4 more due to some unforeseen challenges. Brett and Michael did an fantastic job with installing my ceiling fan! They were very knowledgeable and professional. Balancing a fan can be tedious work, and they stayed until my fan was no longer showing signs of being unbalanced. Baxter Electric will now be my “go to” electrical company for all my electrical needs!

I read the reviews for Robert and gave him a call. He assured me that I wouldn't have any problems and the work would be good. I couldn't be happier. Large home project needed an estimate, and Robert was one of the few who provided one. The bill was as expected, and the results impressive. Also, his employees are independent thinkers, thankfully. A suggestion was made contrary to the original plan, and it's a good thing we accepted it. The room looks a whole lot better. Overall, I would certainly hire them again, particularly for my problematic two-story home.

Robert Baxter and his team did a wonderful job replacing 7 light fixtures in my home. Ranging from medium to large and including three (6) foot crystal chandeliers--I am amazed at the job they did in about a day and a half. Roberts Baxter Electric (Mike and Todd) did an outstanding job upgrading our service to 200amps, added a whole house surge protector, and installed a GFI outlet. They had a difficult breaker box install due to an existing Generator switch but we’re really pleased with the final result. Very clean install and looks original.
