Passion Electric

Having looked around on the internet for electric car charger installation, I came across Passion Electric with my first search. After seeing the 4.9 rating for reviews, I stopped my search and I am so happy that I did. Bo contacted me about having an estimate done. The day of the estimate, Mr. Blair showed up to do the estimate. He was very professional, respectful and very easy to talk to. After he finished his estimate, I knew I wanted Passions Electric to install my car charger. He set up a date for the installation and showed up with a big smile ready to work. As you can see by the photo's, Mr. Blair done an excellent job. I would recommend Passion Electric for ANY job needing done. Very Classy organization.

I read a ton of reviews prior to deciding with Passion Electric - very happy I did! I met with Shevon for an estimate, and immediately he addressed safety concerns and provided a breakdown of the job timeline. The services needed were extensive - Shevon and Trey were professional and honest throughout the process. Communication was constant - it was comforting to know status updates and other important factors to be aware of. Had a great service experience!

3rd time out to my house to make improvements. Today they came out to install hot tub panel and wiring. Shevon takes great pride in his job and it shows. He communicates, provides his input. Courteous and respectful. Absolutely love passion electric. Will be future repeat customer. Every service is the same, no surprises and consistently strive to make the customers happy.

Shevon came out and replaced a faulty breaker under warranty IN THE RAIN. We live in Bethany, OK and called for quick service in the OKC metro. Passion Electric was totally awesome! Shevon was super fast as well! We were only without power on that circuit for 24 hours at most. Everything was covered under their warranty as well, so my wife and I are so pumped!

Shevon was truly a blessing. He is very honest and just an all-around wonderful person. Shavon answered many questions, and concerns that we had before he proceeded with the work. Shevon did an excellent job on changing the electrical panel. The job site was clean and tidy and all put together before he left for the evening . He was also very patient with my grandson who is five years old. I truly believe he was said by God and I would highly recommend his work to anyone. I would give you a 20 star review if I could.

I will say this. Guys like Logan are hard to come by. And guys like Zach are impossible to come. This company is great at recruiting awesome people to work for them. Both the electricians I had come out were really good guys and great at their job. Zach is the man! He really took the time to explain my entire situation to me. I appreciate the heck out of that because I don’t understand the first thing about this stuff. I will always use this company because of my experience with Logan and Zach. Promote those guys asap!

Passion Electric was very responsive to phone calls and showed up for electrical work at the agreed time. They added a new circuit breaker, relocated and added circuits to reduce load on overloaded circuit. Technician was polite, professional and seemed to know what hen was doing. I would definitely use them again.

Had Passion install a standby generator on my house. Suuuper, very pleased with the outcome. I got a handful of estimates; Passion came in in the middle, but I felt like they were fully cognizant of everything that needed to be done on my mid-century home to make it safe and up-to-standards, and the lower quotes were not. They ended up replacing an old, fire hazard of a main panel and rerouting the power to an existing, newer panel, in addition to installing the generator and transfer switch. THEN they referred me to the plumber that I ended up using (after getting multiple quotes -- I should have just listened to them ;) ) to make the connection from the generator to the natural gas. THEN they came back, set up the controller app, fired it all up and tested.

I am so happy with my new generator. My friends are asking me about who I got to do the work, and I'm referring all of the local folks to Passion.⚡️

Can't say enough about the professionalism, courtesy, promptness and respect that Shevon did and showed during our emergency panel replacement yesterday! We were without power for 18 hours and he worked SO hard to make sure we had power back to our house by end of day. This electrician (Shevon Blair) and Passion Electric get a huge THUMBS UP from us!! This place is awesome! I had one day off and after calling several other well know electric companies in the Moore area who were a tad bit rude and told me they couldn’t come out and do a same day service but that they would love to come on Saturday and charge me for OT service! So then i ran across the number and I called Passion Electric and they were so nice to me and explained that they had a full day already scheduled but if they had any changes they would get back to me. Well , they called me back 20 minutes after our first call and they had a customer cancel and they said they could come right over and get me taken care of. Being a woman and at home alone I was worried about men coming over to work but I needed the work done desperately. Shevon Blair called me and let me know he was at my home and I couldn’t have asked for a better electrician to come and do the work for me . He was awesome and very polite and explained everything to me so that I would understand what he needed to do. The price for the work was great and a lot cheaper than what Bliss Electric quoted me for the same job. I will recommend. Passion Electric to all my friends and close family! Shevon was extremely knowledgeable about electric vehicles and didn't try to sell me any additional add-ons. This style of electrician is extremely welcomed compared to other more commercial electrician's. Great prices and great service.

I called Passion Electric for a few repairs but it was discovered that I had an ongoing dangerous situation in my home. Passion was able to quickly make me an appointment so the repairs could be made to make my home safe again. Shevon was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. This is an update of my experience with Passion Electric. Bo called me on the weekend after he saw my review and was very apologetic for not contacting me previously because he did not receive my request for a return call. I felt he was very sincere and disappointed that he was not notified about my call. As I said originally, I was pleased with the quality of the work and after his review of the charge I have confidence in his ethics and concern for his customers. I’m happy to change my original rating to five stars!

I called Passion Electric because of all the 5 star reviews and described my need for repair from a house inspection result. The electricians came and gave me an estimate of $597.55 and approximate 2 hours to complete the job. I thought this rather high, but with my limited knowledge of electrical issues and the need to make the panel safe, I stupidly agreed. They completed the job of rerouting wires and correcting the dryer breaker wiring in 45 minutes. I have no issue with the completed work but rather with the exorbitant price to complete a job with short labor time and few parts.
I called Bo, the owner to discuss my dissatisfaction and left an email but after almost two weeks have not received a return call or email. On the web site, Bo states he is a Christian. As a believer myself, I find it disappointing that Passion's business practices seemingly take advantage of customers' limited knowledge about electrical matters and their desire to be safe instead of completing a job with a reasonable profit and not taking advantage of the situation. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Do as I should have done if you do use them - get a second estimate.

Shevon Blair was the technician. He was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, friendly, informative, and very professional. His service standards are obviously very high. I was very pleased and satisfied with the level of qualification, character, and abilities demonstrated by Shevon and am happy to recommend Passion Electric for any electrical services needs. I will be calling them for any future electrical issues that may arise.

The team was scheduled for a day and a half to complete the job of replacing our breaker box, adding 200amp service, grounding our house, plus a couple other outlet installations in the garage. They completed it in one day, even staying late to adjust something I had miscommunicated and make it right.

The power at my house recently quit at 3 a.m. The main breaker tripped and wouldn't stay on when I tried to reset it. Zack with Passion Electric found a loose wire in the panel. He fixed that, checked for other problems, and took the time to make sure everything was OK. It has been more than a week, and everything still works. I am very pleased with the service provided by Zack and Passion Electric.

I can't speak HIGHLY enough about this company. I needed a simple job done: we're re-doing our kitchen and needed the outlet for the stove moved. I called more than a handful of electricians and had them come out to give me an estimate. Every single one of them was priced higher than Passion Electric by $100-$200. My man Shevon came out and completed the install in 45 minutes. Great people, great customer service, and I now have a lifetime electrician. Not a single complaint.

They went above and beyond. It took much longer than they expected because of an unexpected complication, but they were able to resolve all the problems. We are so appreciative to have the plugs to our dishwasher and fridge fixed. And we will really enjoy our outdoor lighting on our patio!

Passion Electric is great to work with! We had Daine come out twice. The first time he came to add the wiring from a ceiling light to a specific switch, the second time he installed an outlet in our bathroom. He was very professional, courteous and he thoroughly cleaned up after himself. We plan to use them again when we update our electric box. I highly recommend Passion electric to all of my friends and we will definitely use them again.

Shevon was great. He identified a bigger issue and handled it professionally. They were able to get an associate out within an hour to help. Final work won't be done until this wednesday, but we have confidance from our inspection appt.

We had an investment property this past week that needed what I thought would be quite a bit of electrical work. The fixture over the kitchen sink wouldn't turn on, the fan in the guest bath was shot, and the master bath fan was emitting little more than a hum.

Scheduling with Passion was professional and simple, and both my wife and I received updates via text regarding when Bo would be at the property. I appreciate this added touch, especially since it gave me a 30-minute notice before needing to be there.

Once inside, Bo went to work on the kitchen light fixture (that hadn't worked in years, mind you) and had it shining in minutes. The guest bath, too, was a cinch for him. I was particularly impressed with his speed (since I firmly said no to self-installation after watching a How-To video on YouTube).

Additionally, his attention to detail saved us over $200! We thought the fan in the master bath would need a full replacement, but his professional opinion and diagnosis were the preexisting fan was operational. After clearing out over a decade of dust, the fan hummed to life with renewed sound and speed!

This gesture alone was a profound testament to his integrity, which I highly respect in local contractors and businesses. Many are out to make a quick dime, but it's obvious this is more than that; electric is a passion for Bo and his crew, and I can confidently say they will more than take care of you!

Zach was on time and very professional. He took the time to answer questions and installed GCFI outlets and a 220 dryer outlet. I will definitely use Passion electric for any other needs.

Spoke with Bo on the phone. He was really friendly, informative, and upfront about what their rates are and how they charge. Daine came to my place. He was also very friendly. Although I had a relatively simple job of replacing a light switch, he did so very quickly and professionally. He didn't mind that I watched him. He didn't leave a mess. They have a free warranty on their work as well, which is really nice. Their prices are great. They send you a text before they arrive and even let you track where the technician is. It was surprisingly accurate. I would definitely use them again!

Great owner with ethics at the top of his priorities! He changed out my electric panel and was so helpful and knowledgeable. He is very thorough and truly cares about you as a client and wants you to have a phenomenal experience when you call him. I'm very glad to have stumbled upon Passion Electric! We had partial power in our home and had another company come out to to do an estimate on site, and they wanted $800 dollars just to do a diagnostic on another day! We called Passion Electric for a second opinion, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable, went into the crawlspaces and diagnosed the damage, and offered a simple and cost-effective solution. Passion Electric came out twice and completed the whole job for less than $700 dollars. Very satisfied with the service.

Update : I Recieved a Call from owner and was explained more in detail about cost and what the problem was , he also offered a partial refund ,awesome customer service afterall!

We had an issue with our overhead lighting at the store I work at. I had an electrician come out from a different company and take a look. He said he’d have to change out the entire fixture and mentioned coming back at a later date to fix it. He never showed up. I called Passion and was quickly set up with an appointment. Jonathan came out and diagnosed the issue. He was very detailed when explaining what he was doing. He got our store looking brighter than ever! We can not thank Jonathan & Passion Electric enough! I would HIGHLY recommend using this company for any and all electrical needs. We certainly will be using them again.

My ring doorbell battery wasn't charging when I wired it at the front door, so I had to take it out once a week and charge it from a wall outlet for 12 hours. I read the instructions multiple times and had other electricians come out to take a look but couldn't get it figured out. I called this company and Jacob showed up, got in the attic and traced the doorbell wiring to the hallway where previous owners had covered up the old doorbell. He installed a resistor and now my ring doorbell battery is finally charging at the front door like it is supposed to. He was very polite, professional, and most importantly knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company.

Had a rough time with a open neutral. After replacing every outlet and fixture on the circuit it was still not working. I called in the professionals. The Tech that came out didnt really help me find the broken wire and actually pointed me in the wrong direction to fix it myself. The company sends out a survey after service. I let them know that I was not happy and why. The owner gave me a call to see what the story was. I let him know and he made a good attempt at making it right. Considering how the company does business and the integrity of the owner. I would give them another shot even though I had a rough experience.

I’ve used them for a few jobs but will now switch to someone else. The first job was installing lights and everything went great even though they were short handed on techs. Bo was very personable and did the job as promised. Second time I had outlets installed on my awning. They did not install the outlets to the original layout, and they left slivers of metal from the awning being drilled all over the patio. I contacted Bo and he came out and corrected the issues and cleaned up the metal. I suggested they got a rolling magnet for their trucks for jobs like this. Figured it was a lesson learned for the business and would use them again. I hired them a third time for a hottub. Job went well until again the metal slivers left on the concrete. Sweeping does not pick up the slivers, a magnet has to be used. They said they did not have that equipment and they thought they got it good enough. I have kids and pets that get the metal stuck in their feet, so I had to invest in a rolling magnet (you can get them at Home Depot) to make sure the metal was picked up. Today (Friday)I had a shed installed and a breaker was tripped. The breaker needed to be replaced, I had no electricity in part of my house. I called them and they were not able to come out same day. And wanted me to wait until Monday. I know I haven’t spent the most with this business but I have spent a lot and have been loyal to using them. But that means nothing when your in a tight spot. Between not adding a cheap simple tool to their trucks and not having the means for urgent calls Unfortunately they have lost future business . Bliss was able to come out right away and have the breaker replaced in 15 minutes! Yes they were here for less than 20 mins but passion couldn’t make that time for me.
Update: I had them run the electrical for my shed including upgrading the power supply to the house, new breaker box for the house, and breaker box for the shed. This project was a 2 day task with two guys. It wasn’t easy or cheap but Bo really worked with us on everything. The installation went pretty good besides the tech trying to poach future business and having less than positive attitude about his employer but over all it was a good experience. Fast forward several months, our microwave starts acting funny, flashing, shorting out. We ended up replacing a fuse in it thinking it was just a cheap off brand microwave. We later learned that the microwave which is also on the same circuit as the oven was shorting because of the common wire in the breaker box wasn’t tighten down and arcing causing it to short out. So glad we were able to figure it out on our own before the house burned down. My husband was able to fix it and he went through all of them to make sure they were tight so we don’t have the problem in the future.

Very awesome visit. Bobby Perez and his partner, I wish I got his name, but they were great. Very productive. There was a slip where none of the outlets had a ‘reset’ and they worked to install a whole new outlet and re-wired it up in my attic! Very well recommended!!

We had Passion run a couple new outlets to our breaker box at home. Throughout the process, their team was very professional and helpful. We found them to be a great value for the service provided.

Honest...which is the most important quality here, but also affordable, professional and prompt. I paid about half what my neighbor *who would know* for the service I received. Great service from Bo and Daine at passion electric. I had a 220V outlet installed in my garage for my EV charger. Bo came and did the estimate which was simple and fast. After that I scheduled an appointment and Daine installed the outlet. Both of them were friendly, very professional and did great work.

I had a small project. Just needed someone to help hang a light fixture in a tall ceiling area. I appreciate how fast the team showed up to my house and completed the project quickly and at a good price. I know it wasn't a huge money maker, but it shows that this team/company doesn't care how big or small the project is. They're there to help. Highly recommend.

Only after electrician arrived was I given a VERY high job price: $300 fan install fee (for an already purchased new fan!). Then left with fan installed (but not hanging straight).

Zac trouble shot my system and found the issue was the service provider's issue. So I called them and they came out and repaired their issue. Which in turn fixed mine. Thank you Zac.

I am very happy with the service that Shevon provided. We had several problems that needed to be diagnosed which he did in quick order. He fixed all the issues.

I have used Bo and his team twice now. Once was on my personal home to install a safety device and the second time on a rental property. Bo brought the electric service up to code to give me peace of mind knowing that my tenants were safe. I will definitely use Passion Electric any time we need an electrician.

Worst service ever. Contracted to do a job over a month ago, to agree quote. They showed up, and told me that I shouldn’t do the job and wait a week, so I did. After a week they told me it would be 2 weeks before I could get back on schedule. They showed up and quoted more than double to do the same job I had already agreed to a month ago for half the price
