I'm so disappointed with Generator Supercenter. What makes me even more disappointed is that I thought so highly of them until installation day.
The pre-installation process was outstanding. From the quote to the scheduling to the day of installation, everything was perfect. They had a wonderful, customer-focused process and great customer service. I was so happy with them that I referred several people to them. Then, after the installation, everything went downhill. First of all, it took me several phone calls and two service calls to get the wireless hooked up to the generator. The installer seemed to not really care if it worked or not as long as he could check me off his list. Finally, after numerous calls, that issue was resolved. Now, it has been over two months since the system was installed and no one will provide me with a copy of my extended warranty. I have made multiple calls, have been continually promised a call back, and I hear nothing. My last message was left for a person who I am told is the general manager, Chris. No return call. I was finally able to talk with Mark who, although he didn't know anything about the warranty process, agreed that my experience has not been good. He promised another callback. I am not holding my breath.
Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Generator Supercenter. I am just hoping I have no issues with the generator because I fear it will never receive service from Generator Supercenter.
