I maybe a little biased , but I have worked here off an on for more than 40 years . It is by far the most knowledgeable Electric Company I have ever worked for . And always the most reasonable service company's that OKC has to offer . I'm retired now an seen their ad an had to give my 2 cents . You can't go wrong with the folks at Cobb Electric .

I contacted Surefix Electric after receiving a quote from a competitor in my area. We agreed on a time and date for him to check my electrical issue. After running a diagnostic test on my breaker box and explaining the technical issue that was causing the problem and quoting a fair price and service (unlike the competitor I called the day before) I agreed on authorized the completion of service. Surefix Electric was able to correctly diagnose the issue and fix it. Very professional, later that day I referred him to a co-worker. His honesty and ethical work practice prevented him from providing false charges and adding additional work unlike his competitor. Highly recommend! Thank you sooo much!

Shawver & Son Electric was hired to replace a 1000 amp service disconnect. The crew chosen worked exceptionally well together and I never had to worry about the job being anything less than 100% correct and on time.

I received a proposal from Shine Solar and everything was explained in Solar. What stood out to me is they went beyond the manufacturer warranty and would compensate you if your actual yearly production fell short of your guaranteed production. There was some pressure to make a decision (like a care dealership), but they didn't push it when I told them I wanted to compare their offer to others. I would definitely recommend looking into this company as an option for solar.

We had ordered a new oven from Home Depot, we called to have a new plug put in . Long story . The plug being hooked up wasn’t going to work, it needed it to be “ hot wired” straight into the outlet. Second trip out to hot wire it after we thought we needed a plug . Home Depot was no help . Ross electric did it right , they even helped lift my new oven in place. Best company I have found for electrical problems. They have earned my trust . Home Depot lost my trust . Small business and local is the only way ..

Had a great time at the zoo with my grandchildren! Was really impressed with the sea lion show and the new static artistic displays and the huge Lego statues! There is a bit of construction going on currently, but it will be some nice improvements when completed.
I am especially love the attitudes of the workers at the OKC zoo, they love the animals and have a genuine interest in sharing that love of them with those that visit.

When I changed my about something, they not only listened without complaint but they made the change mid-stream with no extra cost. I really appreciated them for that. $180 for an emergency call and never get a call back with a quote waited 4 business days without a call back.

I ordered 3000 sq ft of carpet for a project with my company. We ordered it for delivery and after the order was placed and processed we realized the delivery time was going to be slightly later than we needed it, so we changed it to pick up. After all the confusion of whether or not our 5 gigantic rolls of carpet were even here, the rep with the apron titled, The Don, treated me like i was the biggest inconvenience he's ever had to deal with. After he couldn't figure out what was going on with my order, he sat back at his computer and started talking to another customer and completely ignored me. I went to the flooring department where a really nice woman helped me out and walked me through every step of loading up my order. She is the only reason i didnt completely cancel my order on the spot, and she's the only thing that saved home depot from receiving one star. I will not be placing any more orders with home depot from this point on. I will also be calling corporate to let them know how unsatisfied i am with their company. Im sure The Don could care less about the customer service he provides if it means he has to get up from that computer station im sure he sits at all day.

DO NOT let these people into your home. They came by my house to look at my electrical panel/ outlet that wasn't working. They told me before they came they wouldn't to any work until they diagnosed the problem, and they would tell us how much it cost before hand. I was unable to stay home during the visit, and my wife was here alone when they came. I guess whoever they sent saw a woman alone and figured they could scam some extra cash out of her. The only problem we had was a gsi switch needed to be reset, which basically means the electrician just needed to press a button on the outlet. Instead be acted like he didn't know what was wrong and did a bogus inspection of our whole house. They ended up charging $200 just to press that button on the outlet.
