On a Sunday, after hours, helped diagnose and replace a bad capacitor. They offered to come take another listen if it didn't work. But it did! Saved me lots as I thought it was a bad compressor. Very fair price.

Lowe's scheduled this company to fix my ice maker nearly 2 weeks ago & I specifically took off today to be here. After no one showed up, I contacted Lowe's & they told me that they called Paxton & were informed I'm out of their service area. Paxton claims they rejected the job 2 weeks ago, Lowe's has no record of that. I'm only 23 miles from them!! They should have contacted Lowe's or myself...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Repaired my lg refrigerator and broke a piece was to order and replace. Have tried since April to get them to answer either phone or text. No response voicemail says they now only deal with manufacturer warranty repairs. They don’t even list appliances anymore as repair service. This after at first I gave good reviews and recommended to people.
