He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem in no time. I couldn't have been more pleased with the company's quick response and Al's attitude and ability. Thank you for a job well done.

Rome is an excellent plumber and knows exactly what he is doing unlike some of the other plumbers you may find at these big name brand plumbing companies. He fixed the main sewer line blockage right away without having to dig out the entire sewer like this other company was recommending me to do.

I'm revising my review, with sincere apologies to Jeff Butler & his family. I'm so sorry about their loss. My impatient, selfish complaint about waiting for a follow up to our initial call meant only that I didn't get what I'd been told. Incredibly, he had the grace to send an update that went far beyond civil in response to another text from me. I'm sure all the neighbors recommending his work, who praised both his skill & his manner, if anything understated his courtesy & professionalism. I should be so lucky as to find a plumber of his character and caliber. You CAN be that lucky. I heartily recommend that you give him a call when you need plumbing help.

I was extremely pleased with the overall responsiveness and service from Swan. After the furnace in a rental property was on the fritz on the coldest weekend of the year, I reached out to several other companies that either did not respond at all or promised to be there and never showed. I even had one company that after 3 no shows, sent a technician who didn't have the right equipment to access the crawlspace where the furnace was. He then returned only to conclude that he was too big to fit in the area and suggested that I call other company with a smaller technician. Really? Swan was amazing to work with and their technician Moe was fantastic! He showed up for the appointment EARLY, quickly diagnosed the problem, walked through the potential remedies and then completed the work in a timely and professional manner - all of this having to communicate through and mitigate tenant uncertainty. I would highly recommend and use Swan again without hesitation!

Then he referred me to a repair man for damages. Charles is everything you'd want in a plumber, friendly, affordable, professional, easy communication and skilled. When my pipes backed up, I expected the usual, everything sucked out and ready to go with the usual caveat that the old pipes would eventually be salvageable, the roots would win, and updated pipes would need to be installed. These experts from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Denver INC surpassed my expectations, thank you for the fantastic work.

Set up and appointment 3 days ago for them to come out and give an estimate to add a half bath and redo the plumbing in my basement and most importantly fix my shut off valve. They called me at 3pm today to tell me they wont be coming out. I just moved into my home and I was referred to them for quick and reliable work...guess they have to show up to tell you if that's true...rearranged my whole day for this to get done because I have no way to shut off my water in case of emergency. Will never refer or use these guys...very disappointed with the customer service and reliability.

This company came to service a water heater through my warranty company. They charged me $40 more than the contracted service call fee, the guy entered my home with a lit cigarette. And he was clearly going through my basement asking about items I had and if I wanted to sell them When I messaged a day later with some issues, i never received a response. My warranty company has stated they never submitted for approval.
And now 2 years later I had to replace the hot water heater because this guy installed the other wrong and did not install all the parts. Parts melted. Do not hire this guy.

Can't even put one star, but I have too...these people are criminal, awful service and should be turned in for fraud using Home Depot as their hunting ground. They snake you into helpful contract for cleaning and never come out to do their work. DON'T BELIEVE THE CLIP BOARD PEOPLE WHO WALK AROUND SOLICITING YOU FOR WORK WITH THEIR COMPANY AT HOME DEPOT. I worry about the elderly who get scammed on these things and can't fight the electronic system: you should too!
