I called Bruce on a Saturday morning asking him to come repair my shower faucet. Instead of charging me and coming out and fixing it, Bruce walked me through with pictures how to repair it myself and saved me hundreds. I would trust this guy to do any repair on my house and I will be using him in the future. Clearly a stand up dude.

We had to call JD's out to our home again for the 3rd time in 2years. This time it was a terrible water leak.
Al, our park maintenance guy shut down our water main to prevent further damage. He allowed us to fill up on water first.
after contacting JD's Plumbing, a technician named Dave was out bright and early around 8:am and went right to work. After some trouble shooting Dave found the culprit. It was the hot water valve inside our valve box directly behind the washing machine. It had corroded and broke open causing the leak. Dave worked up the cost and gave us every discount he could knowing we were on a tight budget. After agreeing to the cost and signing the contract Dave went right to work. 2 hrs later he was done. Dave did a great job. He talked to my husband during the repairs explaining everything he was doing. When he was done he cleaned up after watching our system for about 20 minutes to make sure all issues we resolved, which they were. My husband paid Dave and he left.
I can't say enough good things about JD's and their employees. All of them from September who was office staff to Scott Visser and his partner who replaced our furnace in Jan 2021 to Adam who found a very usual problem in Nov. 2021 causing our new furnace to falter to Dave, today, who replaced the water valves behind our washing machine causing a terrible water leak.
This is a great company and I highly recommend them to everyone.

My furnace went out just after New Years. Aaark was the the only company who had a tech available at 5:00 pm. Matt J came out and diagnosed a bad control board on our 23 year old furnace. He gave us several options before we decided to go with a high efficiency Amana furnace. After seeing Aaarks attention to detail and how respectful and knowledgeable the techs and install team were with a price that beat our other bid, my wife and I will not use another company for any other service.

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

3 years ago I had this man come out and do our sewer line through the toilet cuz our sewer lines on top of the roof and he didn't want to do it because he said OSHA wants him to have a harness so he went through our toilet and when he did that it broke the seal on the toilet and made it leak so we had to get that fixed after he left. He said he got the roots out and that it would cost $95 but since we had a warranty service they covered it. Well last week we had to have another sewer company come out and go through the top of our house where the sewer main line is and no one has gone through it for probably for 40 years, so it's probably a good thing that someone else did it and to my surprise Andre left the roots behind, he didn't even take them out of the sewer he just left them there, so that made it multiply with the new roots that were in our sewer. I will never have Andre do business with us again. He doesn't take credit cards and I feel his prices are rather greedy when the second time he came to do the branch off it was $195 for a 10-minute job. I'm sure glad Garvin's came out and fixed his mess.

We had a scope done of our sewer pipe, then clean-out access points installed. Eduardo was professional, prompt, and honest, and the pricing was fair.

We really appreciated the prompt response when our furnace stopped working. Brendan was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get our furnace and thermostat working again. We will definitely recommend Golden West to anyone needing these types of repairs!
