I had a clogged shower drain and I saw that Brent was running a special: $60 for clogged drains. I did call other plumbing companies in the area for quotes and they were all over $100, so I decided to go with Brent. I called him and left a message and he returned my call and scheduled to come out noon the next day. Well, he showed up early and got right to work! He was in and out in half an hour! I was very pleased with my service and would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a professional and reliable plumber!

Great Service, very honest and fair. Keep their number and call them when you need plumbing service. I called Roto Rooter they told me it will cost me $590.00. Gregorio came, at 9:30pm. He fixed the issue for FREE. But asked me to replace the piping and the faucet for $260.00 I asked how about if I replace the sink as well he said he will not charge me it comes under $260. They are awesome, very professional, very honest, clean and they know their work. I am so glad I find Gregorio. He will be my plumber. :) The experience is beyond 5 starts.

John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC. John did walk me through some options and also shared video of what he inspected from my attic. He was a relief to deal with and he showed empathy for his customers. He even helped replace all the air filters in my house as I luckily had spares. Thanks so much for fixing my AC! Great people, great service!

Our story:The wife and I returned home from a short getaway and found excessive water pressure from the plumbing fixtures. Yikes! Best guess, bad pressure relief valve. After years of being screwed over by various contractors, I came home to a garage full of water one Friday afternoon and my heart sank. Here we go again....
I called the first 5 star plumber I could find on Yelp, and he couldn't come out, but gave me Chris's number as an alternative to try. I'll be forever grateful that he did!
Within an hour, Chris had come out and made the tank safe, and within 24 hours and a few strings pulled behind the scenes, he had got hold of a brand new water heater for us and installed it beautifully. No mess, no fuss, no drama, no incredible disappearing acts, just a swift, honest, great job at a fantastically reasonable price.
We finally have a go-to plumber! It's a big relief to know we have someone reliable we can call on now the next time something goes kaput who we know we can trust!

First time I called was on a weekend. I called the number listed on the water softener and was curtly told this number was for emergencies only, it does not say that on my unit. It just says for service call...

Second time I called to get a copy of a manual since there is nothing online. The rude lady on the phone said she was doing me a favor by letting me come pick up a physical copy of the manual. What kind of dinosaur company does not had a pdf that they can email you? Luckily found the previous owners manual before heading out.

Third time I called to get pricing for a replacement filter. I believe I talked to the same person. She said she needed to talk to someone else to get that info. My call was never returned for the information.

I will not do business with this company with such atrocious customer service. I will reach out to another business that appreciates a customer who is trying to spend money with them.

I have been using them for 20 years in three locations always had excellent service a bit expensive, but worth the peace of mind. However, in the last six months, they have gone totally downhill I have not had hot water in my laundry for five days. I waited six hours on Thursday And the technician refused to use the roof access which you know other one has done in the last 20 years they rescheduled for Friday. I brought a ladder this time. This technician showed up after eight hour wait he did, however get the boiler started but it only lasted three hours , I had no hot water over the weekend called on Monday and was given another all day appointment. I asked if I waited till the next day could you make me first thing in the morning so I wouldn’t have to wait all day. They said sure we’ll have someone there at 9:30. It’s now 1 o’clock and no one has showed up I called back and they’re waiting for someone to get free. I was supposed to be the first one I guess after 20 years of loyalty that means nothing to them. I’m going to have to find another company.
