I found JC Plumbing through Angie’s list since I have a problem with my shower in which it does not allow me to have a full flow of water out of the shower head even after I removed the water saver device in the shower head and the handle is very sticky and catching as you turn on the handle so I know that the control valve needs to be replaced. As I scan down the Angie’s list, the things that caught my eyes were JC Plumbing’s rating very high, excellent review, discount to senior and military, and most important things are JC Plumbing will give you a free estimate, available 24/7 and bond/insured. I also went through his web site and learned that his passion for plumbing run in his family. I decided to contact him through his email web site and I am so glad that I did. He contacted me back on the same day and we set it up for the next day with 30 minutes call ahead so I don’t have to wait long. He is professional with well stocking truck so there will be no wasting time for looking tools or parts. He did some testing, open the shower control valve, diagnosis the problem and provide the solutions. It turn out the shower control valve that I have is from the European style and he did offered to rebuild instead of the replacement but since I already bought the replacement part I decided to do the replacement instead. He is reasonable in price and negotiable as compare to other recommended plumbers as I have contacted. He worked carefully, methodically, step by step, and clean up after he is done. I recommended him highly will use him again when the need is arrived.

Hector came over he did the job and we watched a bit of the chivas game. Go Chivas. I wanted him to stay and hang out and drink a brewski with me and the boys but point is he’s very profesional. He’s on time and he won’t stiff you on prices he’s a great guy and sometimes I wonder if I went too far when I told him how Real Madrid isn’t as great as they say and maybe that’s why he won’t reply but he’s a great plumber. 10/10 would let my pipes rust and break just to see hector.

I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. I called Arnetts at 9:30am on Friday morning to get service on a leaking tankless water heater (installed in 2007-8). I was told a technician could be there between 10:30-11:30. Eric showed up right at 10:30, and quickly diagnosed that the heat exchanger was leaking. Unfortunately, the part was no longer made. Eric had the new tankless system installed within an hour. He answered all my questions about the new unit, was very clean in his work, and pleasant to deal with.

We had an issue with our dishwasher draining and called Diamond Ace Plumber . They sent Eric to come look at it. He showed up on time and quickly assessed the problem. Would highly recommend Diamond Ace Plumber !

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
