I called Rasco Plumbing to get a quote to install a garbage disposal to replace mine that was old and broken. They gave me a quote over the phone. Their pricing was competitive. Jose came to my home within 2 hours. He was efficient and professional. I am very pleased with the service that I received from Rasco Plumbing. I will be using them again for my plumbing needs and I recommend that you use this company as well.

Had a leak from our refrigerator line coming from the wall. They were able to send someone out same day and fix it. Max was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Highly recommend!

ePIPE restoration is the BEST.

We discovered a gas leak in a high end home in a South Orange county neighborhood. the gas smell was not constant and very faint when we did smell it. The only reason we knew there was a leak was because the bill went from $40 to $ 240.

Gas company came out, spent between 5 - 10 minutes, shut the gas to the house and left. We were left with no hot water and no cooking facilities and no heat to the house in the middle of the rains and freezing nights. He did not bother to speak to anybody or go thru the house. Just Tagged the house. Great customer service.

We called expert # 1., spent 4 hours and found nothing. All he did was run a pressure test which confirmed the leak. He wanted $ 1500.00 with no guarantee he could find the leak. BUT if we allowed him to open all the walls and the exterior stucco there was a possibility. He called his office. Their suggestion repipe gas lines for the whole house. Gave an instant estimate $20K.

Called the gas company again. This time we leaned on the guy that showed up. We had to force him to check each of the appliance. He reluctantly spent an hour. Found nothing and left.
still no gas, no hot water and no stove and no heat.

We called expert # 2 .. # 3 . # 4 ... These guys wanted all the money in the world, ran the pressure tests which we told them was a waste of time. They would promise to bring all their advanced equipment but never did and had no clue how to find the leak. One company even made a big hole in the stucco about 18 X 18 . found nothing and left. Weird all of them wanted to repipe the house .. estimate between $ 8500 - 20,000

Finally, we called ePIPE, obviously desperate and extremely skeptical. The lady on the phone was exactly like all the other attendants. YES we can find & fix the gas leak. This time I insisted on speaking to a Manager. Thankfully she agreed and connected me to Shandy. Being in the construction & Development business for over 40 years, I figured out that he had all the lingo and knew what he was talking about. But could he find the LEAK

Shandy said he had Tim, a 25 year superstar who has never ever not found the problem and will not come back, no matter how long it takes. He will find the leak. period. WoW !!

We are in this mess for 2 weeks, in the middle of Thanksgiving and Christmas, desperate and freezing. I am not about to chase Shandy away even if I had no clue if he was bragging or legit. So I offered to pay nothing if he found nothing and fixed nothing. He accepted. But we would have to wait 5 days for Tim as they do not work on weekends and are completely booked.

Tim took all day, but DID FIND THE LEAK. he patiently eliminated one appliance and area at a time and then finally by default .. bingo. Shandy, the manager came over to help as well. He wanted to make sure his guarantee was going to stand.

At the end of the day... These people are pros. You could just look at the way they work, the style, the system and ultimately the result. If You want a headache less process, knowledgeable people with absolute results .. call them.

Dalton and his dad (the owner, sorry forgot his name) came out to fix a leak in upstairs tub. They were professional but personable. Exactly what you look for in a small business; they treated the job as if it was their own. Knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable. As a veteran myself, I always try to support veteran owned small business and I have nothing but praises for Prostar Plumbing.

Moe and his team are professional, prompt, and fair. He was able to help us resolve an AC issue on a hot day, and provided clear options on what we can choose to do next. Besides HVAC, they are also plumbers. A+!

Very reasonable and honest. I thought my AC compressor was completely out while it was a much much smaller part costi g a whole lot less. Didn't try to sell me any other part or service, just replaced the part and was on his way. Great service, I will definitely call them again.

I called 10 companies and decided to go with Scott at Slab Leaks Plus. I went with Scott because I felt his ideas to complete this job were smarter and better communicated than all the plumbers that I interviewed. I moved my gas meter and needed to rerun gas pipe from the home to the new meter. Scott did an amazing job and took the stress out of such a complex job with the ground digging, holes and new piping and timed everything well with the gas company. I hope he can repipe my home next as I know I can trust him with my plumbing needs. Great job and looking forward to the next one!
