Slavi and his team were so professional and responsive. Our old water heater needed to be replaced urgently. After reading many positive reviews, I contacted OC Repipes. They responded immediately and visited to assess the situation. We decided to upgrade to a tankless system and repipe the house at the same time. We got a couple other quotes as well, but the responsiveness, pricing and professionalism from Slavi made our decision easy. The work began promptly. The team was conscientious and carefully protected the house, furniture and floors with plastic sheeting. While it looked a little like a scene from Dexter, no dust or mess was left behind. Also all the wall patches were seamless. It's been a couple months so far and we have better water pressure, instant hot water and a lower gas bill. This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.

My kitchen sink was pouring out water from under the sink. Jeff fixed the incorrectly-installed pipe connections that had been installed years before. It was a complicated project but Jeff was able to figure out the best pipe configuration. He also installed a new garbage disposal. Everything is working great! No more leaks and no more bad smells. Jeff's 35 years of plumbing experience really showed. It was a relief to see that Jeff knows what he is doing when it comes to fixing plumbing. Jeff is also a congenial, nice person. My golden retriever puppy loved him! I will definitely call Garrett's Plumbing the next time I need plumbing help.

Joey Lopez came in the nick of time. After a major leak we had gotten nowhere with the insurance company. They did not respond, past drying out the cabinets and floor, and had removed all appliances. Days went by with no contact and multiple mailbox full messages. 4 months of hell with no way to cook or clean up. Joey put everything back, hooked it all up, and made the kitchen usable again. He was very professional, knowledgable and careful about the various systems in a kitchen. We are VERY grateful!!!!

My forced air heating unit stopped working in November and the company offered the best prices and was the most responsive company I contacted. I recently did a renovation and drywall dust prevented the heater from turning on. They stopped working within a few hours and even replaced my filter. I rarely comment, but their excellent service deserves recognition. I highly recommend them for both great prices and service.

Even with the intense heat in the attic, he managed to identify the problem, arrange for the necessary part, and finish the job in just 2.5 hours. They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

We had a gas smell coming from the laundry room of the new house. SDG&E came out ad red tagged it so then we had no hot water, no ability to cook on the stove, and no heat, since all those appliances run on GAS! We called a few other companies before being referred to Blue Planet. The first company quoted $8,000 to replace the entire gas pipe system of the house. The second company quoted $6,500 to partially replace the gas pipes in the laundry area only.
BLUE PLANET came out within 1 hour of my call, located the gas leak to be a simple loose fitting. They were able to repair the fitting, and handle the permit, and SDG&E gas reinstatement for $1,100 TOTAL!

Courteous and professional technician - answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and explained everything that was to be done before he performed the work.My water heater was from 1994; corroded; the 'box' that it is housed in, was originally installed in my 1974 mobilehome and was quite dilapidated and the floor of it had weakened considerably.The technician, Brandon, did an excellent job!I desperately needed this * EXTENSIVE * work done in a timely manner, for a housing inspection due in two days and it is more than I could have hoped for!! Professional, beautiful and all cleaned up afterward.

I'm compelled to write a good review for 24/7 Drain Rooter for the following reasons:
James the outstanding gentleman, answered the phone right away and scheduled me the same day that I called and then called me back later to let me know that he would be out sooner than originally planned.

When I met James at my front door, he was ready to get to work and tested the issue to see where the problem was. He was very professional and careful on clearing my main sewer line with the least amount of impact on my house with regard to smell and mess.

His prices are very reasonable, he gave me upfront pricing for my backed up drain issue. I thought it was going to turn into a huge price tag but after relying on 24/7 Drain Rooter to check it out, snake the line and evaluate the drain line I am confident the issue is resolved.

I will absolutely call 24/7 Drain Rooter next time I have any drain or plumbing issue. Thank you to everyone over there.

I found Pipeline several years ago when my parents rental property had a slab leak. Pipeline was great- very attentive and fixed the leak quickly.
The pipe held up great for 5 years but recently started leaking again. We called Pipeline to initiate the warranty they touted when they sold us their services but were told that the warranty no longer applied since we ended up selling the house to a family friend. We spoke with three different people and were told the same thing, It's in the fine print. While I can't argue the terms of their service, if it is fact written in the paperwork, it's evident that they're prefer not to do the right thing. A lifetime repair should not have failed after five years regardless of who owns the home. I respect their legal right to not stand by their services but would also like potential customers to know about our experience should you have a warranty claim for their lifetime product.
You may be better off taking your business elsewhere, I wish we had.

*edit* They called our friends back this week to reiterate that the repair was not covered under warranty but offered to come out and provide a quote to repair it again. Thanks but no thanks.
