Sterling Plumbing

An employee at Sterling is utilizing my fathers Social security Number and name. I called to report it to HR and they were not very helpful. They were not able to release whether or not they had an employee with my fathers name there as that was confidential and indicated there was nothing they can do about the ID theft but then proceeded to request my fathers name and SSN, well if there is nothing they can do why would they need the name or ssn. I can’t imagine this company is that big that they wouldn’t know if they have a person with my fathers name working there. I have already filed police reports in our state and the state of California and have reported it to all the appropriate agencies. The federal trade commission suggested we report it to the company which is what I did with no resolution. I did provide them with my fathers name so maybe they will tell that individual to stop using my fathers name and SSN.

Bought glass shower doors and one of the rollers was defective. No feedback from corporate after reaching out. Now I'm stuck with a faulty product and no recourse,

Do not work for this place! HR is a mess and don’t expect to get compensated for the hard work you put in because they just don’t care! You will max out at 28.00 an hour which, with all the head ache you get with Engineering, it’s just not worth it. Good luck!

Sterling Plumbing installed a cheap wax gasket improperly on the second floor toilet of my new house. I assume this gasket has been leaking since day one since I found some old stains where the new stains appeared. I now have to deal with an expensive repair (tile and sub-floor replacement) since they do not warranty their work for more than a year.
