Cut my tree down on 1/24/20 . Requested when called that the stump needed to be ground down as concrete was going there. Pd his fee and then he said he didn’t have a stump grinder. So I offered to pay additional for the stump grinding. Said it would be a couple weeks. I have contacted him but only get a run around. He said this weekend he would be here, but no show, call or txt. It is now 3/1/20 and still not done. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

Removed a dead tree and a tree stump plus a little trimming. Crew was very nice and left everything clean when done.

Top Notch... and I called A LOT of companies. Chris came out and ground down two IMPOSSIBLE Oleander bush stumps and a very large tree stump the same day (just got lucky in his scheduling) and his prices were so reasonable. No joke, I don't write reviews often, but when someone really impresses me, especially small business owners, I like to make sure they know how appreciated they are. Call him. Bar none, the only easy and smooth process during my entire yard remodel!!!!

Not just a tree trimmer, I'd classify him as an artist. They leave the work area spotless when done. Reasonable prices and excellent response time from request to job done.

What I love about this company is that they are professional, sincere, clean, good pricing and seeing you and your trees as an individual, remembering you and your trees like friends. Like a hair stylist or bartender who knows your preferences.

I have used Arbor Care twice. They trimmed and thinned a medium-size ficus tree and an out-of control Oleander tree in my front yard a few months ago. Last week, they trimmed 3 citrus trees in my back yard. Both times my husband and I have been very happy with quality of the work and the thorough clean up. We definitely will use them again!

The Twilight crew was a well-oiled machine: Swift, professional, very much safety-focused! Took down a massive pine, very large silk oak and large queen palm, ground down the stumps and cleaned up the mess! Definitely a pro operation, and well-priced. We had more than one quote and liked Twilight's the best. Very satisfied with the job performed and the guys were able to explain the process, which was a good education!

Joseph and his team were efficient in trimming several high palms on our property. Very courteous and respectful and spoke English. Came on a holiday to trim another large tree. Clean up was excellent and hauled everything away. Very reasonably priced - very happy with service and will use again when needed.

Bad, bad business. The Arborist came to my house when I was not home (I explicitly said in MULTIPLE emails what time to come) and was barely here 10 minutes. After many days, I finally get an email from Karen that says the Arborist can write the report for $200+ !! I told her my grievances and exactly how they could redeem their business (if they would just provide the report). Karen emails: obviously we cannot make you happy -- what ?? These are also her words: Obviously, we are not going to be able to satisfy you. I suggest you call another Registered Consulting Arborist. I am taking my 84 & 85-year old parents back to Wisconsin early Friday morning to see my ailing 83-year old uncle. So, I am trying to keep things in perspective and not let your words upset me. It seems like you have had a rough time lately and I truly do hope you and your trees will be ok.

How passive aggressive is that? I have no clue what she is talking about with me having problems -- maybe confusing me with ANOTHER customer??

I then called Arborvision, who are compassionate about trees, knowledgeable and trustworthy.. ArborVision removed a very old, very large tree from my front yard and had to use a crane... Hard work, yet they were cheerful and fair :)

AVOID THIS BUSINESS ! ! ! Arizona Treeworks does NOT listen to their cusomers as to how the customer wants his tree cut. They follow their own policies and do NOT communicate with the customer as to how the tree can be cut. Left my front yard elm tree looking horrible, without allowing me to tell them how I'd like it to look.
