Best Painters in Phoenix, AZ

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with J&M Painting who was hired to paint our 1800 sq ft home and an entertainment center. We are very disappointed in the customer service and workmanship. The paint crews left paint drops and/or overspray on all of the door hardware, window frames, floors, kitchen and bath cabinets, counter tops, stove top, bathtub, and shower. We are still cleaning and scraping paint off of our floors, stove, counters, and window frames. We are finding paint everywhere. Really sad.

All team members were very polite and constantly stayed in touch with us providing progress reports. They did a thorough job and completed the job on time. One minor issue I found after they left. They sprayed a small part of our orange tree and did not tell me. I didn't really have an issue with it but thought they should have mentioned it to me. The tree is 15 feet away from the closes point on the house so I am sure it was during prep work that it happened. I was referred to them by friends and they were to be sent a gift card but I have not heard that our friends got their gift yet. Over all a very good job and I would refer them to anyone.

Mike and his AMAZING crew at Titan completed my condo complex and I couldn't have asked for a better company and crew! They were on time everyday and worked very hard to get it done within the time frame. Very friendly crew and always asked questions and followed up to ensure everything was getting done right. I highly recommend Titan!!

SCAM ALERT . It's been almost a month, David charged my visa card for the job he was supposed to do, but nothing has been done. Still waiting for him to finish up the painting he started 3 weeks ago. Lots of promises to show up, and things just keep dragging on and getting nowhere. I cancelled my Visa card and I will not pay him. I need to hire another painter and start from scratch again. This is a major issue because the house was supposed to go on the market to be sold, but nothing has happened because of David's unprofessional behavior. Besides the aggravation, I am loosing a lot of money not being able to sell. I have to replace all the locks because he disappeared with the keys and won't return any calls or texts. I have phone, pictures, and text records proving all of the above. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
