Rene, Jeff, and the team at Express Roofing were FANTASTIC! Every step of the way, we found them to be professional, courteous, and responsive. During the bid process, Rene was prompt and even provided us with additional questions we should be asking of prospective contractors. During the planning process, Jeff went above and beyond by providing us with addresses where various colors/ products had been installed nearby so that we could view them for ourselves. And, during the actual installation process, we were always kept informed and even received daily updates by way of YouTube videos of our job shot using a drone to fly overhead. Exemplary service at every step! We cannot recommend Express Roofing enough!

I was not looking forward to having my roof fixed as it is a daunting task but then I met with Zachary and he was wonderful! He talked me through every step along the way and answered every little question I had. Even dealing with the insurance company was not as painful as I had thought as he handled most of the paperwork. His attention to detail and thoroughness through the actual process made it so much easier to deal with. We are so happy we decided to use Prowest. I’d definitely recommend them and Zachary.

After approval, they came to do the work exactly when promised, and within just a few days, the new roof was installed and ready. The project manager inspected the job then walked me through it for approval. They cleaned up thoroughly.
