I had chimney cricket out to clean my fireplace. i was so impressed that they have SUNDAY appointments available. When my service technician showed up Curtis Johnson, it was so nice to see him with a friendly smile. i thought what a great attitude he had, especially for it being a SUNDAY . MOST GUYS WOULD RATHER BE HOME SITTING ON THE COUCH WATCHING FOOTBALL. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'VE USED THIS COMPANY SINCE 1996 AND would never use anyone else.
