Best General Contractors in Phoenix, AZ

I myself didn't use Freddy's services, but my parents Al and Jenny, who are not on social media as much, wanted to post their review and thanks for the friendly, reliable and prompt service they've received to their home in Coyote Lakes. We are in the process of getting estimates for a complete Furnace/AC upgrade. George Blitch did a thorough review of our existing system and discussed with us recommendations to complete an upgrade. George explained the process, in detail where necessary, and we were pleased with his delivery. Here’s hoping the estimate is in line with the project, though George seems very ethical and likely knows “You can sheer a sheep hundreds of times, but kill it once”.

Such an impressive company to work with! The people are trustworthy, honest, and get the job done! Their values are solid and their work ethic is something that no other construction company has. Support a small business that will not disappoint!

I would not recommend this company. Vic Mariano came out to see my home and to give me a quote. He told me he would have a quote to me in 2 weeks. I agreed and waited patiently for 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and I still had not received a bid. He then said he would have it done in 2 days or he would let me know if it was going to be longer. He still didn’t have it done and again no communication. I called him again and he told me that he was very behind and hadn’t even started my bid. At this point I told him I would have appreciated some communication. Vic then proceeded to tell me how he couldn’t do business with me because I was impatient and then hung up on me. Instead of owning up to his mistake, he would rather turn it around on you. I would not trust this company with my project.

I cannot recommend this company.
I setup an appointment with them, for a quote for a couple of different projects. I was given a date/time that was 1 week out.
Nobody ever showed up (no call/no show).
After I called them back, they told me they would check what happened and get right back to me.
Never heard back again.
I called a 3rd time and asked for another appointment, but again, never heard a thing.
Unreliable company - Safe yourself headaches and time and go with somebody that appreciates you as a customer.

Wouldn't trust anyone else with my pool maintenance, always on time and very professional. Would definitely recommend!
