I live in South Florida and I needed a part for my old Prochem Truckmount. Greg was recommended by another shop in the Phoenix area, as they did not have the part. I trusted Greg and went on his word as he told me this part was barely or if ever used. My own mechanic here even talked to him and Greg assured him as well that this part was good. I payed $850 including shipping to have this part, it arrived on a pallet, I brought it to my mechanic the same way. My mechanic calls me and tells me this part was extremely used and there are pin holes in the coils! He reached out to Greg right away and told him what happened. Since then Greg has ignored my calls and my mechanics calls, & our texts. I have left numerous messages for him to do the right thing, still no response! Greg is NOT an honest person, doing good work does not account for responding to my concerns and literally being ROBBED out of $850! I would definitely not order any parts from him or do any type of business with him!

We have worked with them twice, once on undisclosed mold and related reconstruction in our new home in 2011 and again in 2015 to investigate an unrelated potential issue. For both engagements, Josh went above and beyond during the quoting process to get us information we needed, reaching out to other service providers to get us holistic inputs and set our expectations. In the 2011 emergency, Josh instructed his team to begin work immediately once we agreed on the scope, working until well after midnight, maintaining the high level of customer service and outreach throughout. A few years later when we were searching for the corresponding photo evidence, Josh personally spent hours digging through his files to find what we needed. While we did not end up needing work done in 2015, Josh was nonetheless prompt, responsive (same day in-person quote) and thorough in his evaluation, calling us the same evening with additional information for us to consider.

Josh and the ASAP team are the first contractor we would call for any future issue in their area of expertise.

Frank the owner Demands payment without providing an invoice. He won't provide a quote and wants to keep all of your not salvageable items even if they have sentimental value. He threatened to call my insurance adjuster and accused me of Double dipping for wanting them back . Some of the items were gifts from my husband and Aunts who passed away and to me are irreplaceable and priceless momentos. I had asked his team not to take certian items they did anyway. The employee promised that I would get them back. But in a conversation with Frank he said I could not keep them.

Great service from Rick and Ivan @ SERVPRO performing teardown and cleanup after I discovered water damage stemming from a long-term roof leak. They went to work quickly, and made it clear at all times what to expect. Thanks so much!

If I could give Dan and Candelario 10+ stars I would! They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, arrived when they said they would (not many do that these days!), addressed the issues, came up with a game plan and put it in motion, all within a days time. I would highly recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat if ever needed.

This company is a complete nightmare scam. We have got a referral from our insurance for small water damage restoration project and 3 month later we still haven’t heard anything back after 6 people came out to the house to ‘ take measurements.’ We even found the material in stock made all the arrangements and still no effort on their end to complete the project they just stopped returning our phone calls. We made sure they are removed from the insurance referral list - they are a complete disaster and should not be in business scamming people.

ASAP was highly recommended by my insurance agent. They were very professional and the service was affordable. I was able to get my house back to looking brand new in no time. I'm glad I found ASAP.

First of all I wouldn’t listen to the other negative reviews because these guys were amazing! My family’s home burnt down and we were devastated. After much research we chose to go with DriRite-CMG3. They were amazing from the start! Paul kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel at ease with the whole process. The workers came on time and work was performed and completed when they said it would be. Very clean and professional work! And they were even able to rebuild my custom cabinets in my kitchen that I loved! I would not look anywhere else! They are the best!

Acuity Builders are awesome. I had flood damage and decided to make some additional changes; they went above and beyond in a timely manner to work with me.
