Excellent customer service on a refurbished machine that I bought and on some parts I've gotten in the past.

Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work, was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story. I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

I have had to deal with horrible landlords who are refusing to take responsibility for my mold issue. Josh and his team has been there every step of the way, providing me with information and helping me communicate with my landlords and apartment managers. Josh does everything he possibly can to help fix issues the right way. This company is great!

Avoid this company. The work performed was ok, but dishonest representation. They wanted to get the most out of the insurance company so they ripped the place more than it was necessary. They also, were not forthcoming on the bill and charges to the home owner. DO NOT SIGN any contracts on the IPAD. Get a copy first. The Rep will say anything to get the contract.

My sister did, but I helped manage it. Took about 6 months, and there seemed to be a lot of delays. Probably most of the backorder had something to due with COVID. Christina Calabrese was our project manager and was excellent at communication. She always kept us up on any progress and any delays. Her boss Zach Brizzee even came to the project site and checked in on it. Those two were key in getting this completed. Thank you!

I had a water stain on the ceiling. I called ASAP Flood Restoration, they came out the same day, did a very thorough inspection, gave me a very competitive quote, and did the job right then and there.

My business suffered water damage and I was in a complete panic. Luckily, I found this company and they were able to quickly restore everything back to normal. Very professional and efficient water damage restoration services.

Cleaning service was amazing! Was able to point out specific items to focus on in the house. They were very responsive and was able to get an appointment within the same week.

I can't rave enough about Square One Restoration!! We did a total remodel of our 1960s era kitchen (complete with the original floor and oven). We gutted the entire thing down to the concrete.

Ryan at Square One helped us from the very beginning of the project through the last detail. He guided us through the entire process of lay-out design and choosing the materials like cabinets, hardware, flooring and counter tops. We had no idea how many tradesmen I project like this would take ,we had a ton of people come into our home for the project: masonry men come seal up an exterior door, a carpenter for the cabinets, electricians for the can lights, pendants and additional outlets we added, a plumber, and a tile guy for the floors and backsplash Ryan was an expert at keeping us aware of when different people would be arriving, what to expect, what they were going to be working on and letting us know of any changes to the schedule. His communication was extremely transparent and attentive. Also, the work space of our home was kept extremely tidy and orderly. Aside from the obvious construction zone of our kitchen, all of the different tradesmen left the work space clean and organized at the end of each day, never leaving tools or materials laying around which we really appreciated!

I must also speak to Ryan's attention to detail. When remodeling an old home, you're bound to find a few surprises. One example that came up, our drain for our sink was tiled 1/2 an inch downward, instead of 1/2 inch backward, which was causing water to sit in the line. Our other sink cabinet had a dampness we could never figure it out. This is something that someone could have easily skipped by with us being none the wiser, but Ryan informed us he was going to have a plumber come correct the issue before continuing to move forward so everything was done the way it should be. It was corrected, and everything was right back on track. I can't thank him enough for treating our home as if it was his own, and making sure everything was perfect!

We are in LOVE with how it came out, and we now can't wait to remodel another area of our home with his help!!

They were fast and professional. I am a contractor and had an issue on a jobsite when one of my employees put a screw in a water line. It was a potential disaster. But! Andy from bright home came out quickly and made us look like we handled the situation like professionals.

These people are phenomenal. After Hurrican Ian I had Mrs. Tabitha Coman come out and assess our damages. She was extremely patient and gave us the time and dedication we needed in a very difficult time in our lives. They are extremely trustworthy and professional through the entire exchange. I contacted PuroClean after an unexpected bathroom flood & spoke with Dustin. He was great, very helpful & came the very next morning to access the issue/damage. Very professional, honest & kind. I would definitely recommend PuroClean & Dustin.

Justin at the call center and Chris the field inspector were top notch! I needed my home tested for asbestos before doing some remodeling. Chris was able to get out to my house within a few days of calling, and Justin called me 48 hours later with the results. Both were friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!

911 Restoration provided professional and timely service. We had a washing machine malfunction that flooded portions of our
house. Due to their quick response time and experience they were able to minimize the water damage and dry everything out. They also did a great job on the repair portion(needed new baseboards and painting.). Wonderful service!
