SunShield Roofing repaired and replaced a rotted/leaking section of my flat foam roof along with a complete elastomeric roof recoating. In addition they had also replaced some broken Mexican sanstone tile with concrete on another section of my roof. I'm a knowledgable handyman and a bit of a perfectionist, so when I reviewed the completed job, I was truly impressed with their work and attention to detail overall. Their cost was fair, they showed up on schedule, and provided photos to show those repairs. Alfredo and the group of professionals at SunShield Roofing exceeded my expectations.

Steve and Laura were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They gave me the best pricing on my replacement, compared to 4 other estimates, and completed the work in the timeframe they told me. The crew cleaned up everyday and Steve made sure all the roof openings were covered to preventive birds and anything else from getting in. Laura is very nice to deal with and always responds quickly. Francisco did an amazing job at fixing a leak I had in my roof. He repaired it 3 years ago and it is still holding up amazing! He came to repair it right when I called even though we were in the middle of a storm. Really cares about his customers! Very professional and trustworthy!

I called and requested a bid, let Randy know about the condition of my roof, leaks near the air conditioner, and that I wanted to coat the entire roof after repairs were done.

After inspecting my roof, instead of providing me with a bid, he began with, 'I don't know if you have any idea the condition your roof's in, and I don't know if you have leaks yet, but you're gonna - your roof's a real mess.'

It was like we never talked before the inspection at all. Randy assumed I had no idea about the condition of my roof, where repairs were needed, or that I had gotten any prior bids.

I hung up on him during tirade about the condition of my roof, as he never did provide an actual quote figure for the repairs and for the coating.

After that, Randy pursued writing out a biblical length text message, stating he was a millionaire and that he planned to retire at the end of the year. His texts were bountiful, too ....just bizarre behavior.

Several days now after he visited my property, Mr. Hunsaker left yet another phone message, adding insults, - all very creepy behavior.

I decided to write this review, especially for single women considering to have him come out for a bid, or even considering hiring him.

I just had a roof replaced by American Solar and Roofing Jesus was the supervisor on the job and he was awesome. He was very easy to contact every time I called he answered the phone, which is unheard of these days. This made it very convenient for me, because I do not text. Also, he was very informative and was able to answer any questions that I had. The job was finished right on schedule. This is not my first experience with the company I have had two other solar systems done one on my daughters home and another on my new home. Overall, I would recommend American Solar and Roofing to all my friends and family. Great Job Jesus and his crew on their quality work and service!

Week and a half of when work was supposed to be started and nothing. They got our $2000 deposit and all of a sudden their phones are shut off.
