They do not honor the warranty. They do not contact you back. They don’t show up when they say they will. Owner cares more about his vacations than actually helping someone who has a warranty. Will be filing a complaint with USAA and the BBB. Also will contact the AZ contractors licensing.

I had some storm damage to my roof and it needed repair. I noticed my neighbor had his roof done recently so I asked him who he used because they did the job so quickly and well. He referred me to Singh Roofing.
Jesse and his crew were professional and nice. they did a great job and in one day. They also helped me with dealing with my insurance company. Great Job!!

Singh completely replaced my roof from wind damage and arranged my insurance company to pay the entire bill. Jesse was fantastic to work with and provided excellent communication and service during the entire process. Our new roof looks fantastic. Highly recommended!

Very happy with my new roof. My husband and I had seen damage but weren’t sure of the severity! Singh Roofing is a family owned and operated business that takes great pride in their work and their customers complete satisfaction. They were honest, fair and efficient and helped us throughout the entire process including helping us deal with the insurance company to make sure we were being treated fairly. They returned my calls quickly (within 12-24 hours) and his team who did the work was very courteous, professional and very efficient. This is a top-notch company. Singh Roofing removed and replaced our two rental property roofs and did an outstanding job. We have had several significant storms since and have had absolutely no issues. The work crew were professional, respectful, and trustworthy. The owner, Jesse & his rep Felix (who we mostly worked with) listened to our needs and got it right the first time! We were amazed at how clean the job site was each an every night when they left for the day. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Singh Roofing just did a QUALITY job on my roof and during the time of Corona virus! Couldn’t be happier with the help from Mr. Felix Mendiola handling our roof. He was so helpful in making sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner, cleaned up and even worked wonders under/ around my solar paneling. I would recommend this roofing company to all my neighbors and friends who are in need of a new roof here in AZ.

My new roof looks amazing! Jeremiah was on top of every detail! We had roof damage from previous storms so he worked with our insurance company as well as our solar company and all we did was just wait to get it done. The roofing crew was on the roof at the crack of dawn and transformed the look of our house in 2 days!! I would recommend Singh Roofing without hesitation!! I don't have the expertise to judge the roofing job done, but what I can share is that their workers were sloppy and their rep and owner are unresponsive and rude. They were late for the install (I had to get to work). During the roof installation, they destroyed a potted plant in our driveway, some holiday decorations in our front yard, left patio edging just laying on our back patio and roof nails all around our house (we have small children and a dog). Their workers drove a nail into a water pipe running along our roof line (in plain sight) and immediately said it wasn't their problem. We asked to pay our deductible by credit card, but were told the boss had to call us, it took weeks to get a call back, then the machine wasn't working. We got estimates to fix the pipe, emailed them, no response for over 2 weeks, then they showed up at our front door to collect their deductible. Plus we were told we'd get a referral bonus when our neighbor got her roof done and it's done, but no bonus... I also doubt the neighbor that referred us ever got hers...

[Update Dec. 2020. The BBB site shows them as 'not accredited' with 5 complaints in the last 3 years, 2 of those in the last 12 months.]

I don’t know who the owner/employee thinks he is, extremely misoginistic and egotistical human….. definitely shouldn’t advertise himself if he doesn’t know how to talk to people!

Top notch roofing contractor! Excellent work, fair rates, jobs completed on time, and amazing customer service from Jessie. We used Singh Roofing on our home, personally, and couldn’t be more impressed. I happen to work in Insurance, and Singh Roofing has handled a number of claims for our customers, and it’s always been a positive experience.

If you're going to send out reps in vehicles with your name on it, make sure they know basic driving maneuvers like merging and signal use. LIC# DEY326.
Edit: after reading the rest of the comments, it's probably the owner and you guys won't do anything about it. Pretty lame

I would not recommend this company to any one. Verbally they will promise you anything and it will all be taken care of by the insurance. However when the insurance isn't going to pay their high estimate for your roof they continually go back to the insurance for more money. Don't believe their contract stating 4 weeks from insurance approval. Two months after approval, no work had started. They are very reluctant to put anything in writing. Worst contractor I have ever run into. Buyer beware

Reading the reviews this is apparently a reoccurring thing. This guy drives very erratically! Almost hitting my family and I in our vehicle! Writing this review in hope that more people see the owner of this company DOES NOT CARE about you. He would literally attempt to run your family off the road in his dually. Would NOT trust this company!

My experience with Sing Roofing has been wonderful! I am very pleased with the work they did and I am happy to refer all of my friends and family to this business! They took care of all the details and the finished product was great. I don't usually write reviews, but they honestly made the whole process so easy, I have to give props where they are due!

I would not recommend Singh roofing to anyone. After a heavy windstorm the salesmen Ryan was canvasing the area promising they could replace our roof for the insurance money. Once they found out that the insurance would not pay for the whole roof they then tried to intimidate us by saying we owed them money for their time to give an estimate! They have very unethical business practices and may seem nice up front, but they can and will turn nasty on you in a heartbeat.

Singh Roofing did an excellent job on my storm damaged shingle roof. Jesse and Felix explained the procedure and worked with my insurance company to make sure it was done right. They cleaned up when they were done and the roof looks great!

Always be cautious when someone approves you and tells you that they can get you a new roof..... Ryan came knocking on our door and was a great salesman. UNTIL the insurance didn't agree with his opinion.!!! After that it was like getting a hold of somebody who owes you money. Send emails, texts messages and nothing. You are NO LONGER priority. In this day and age, customers service seems to be a lost art. Ryan sure was accessible when he thought he had easy money, I'm sure glad i didn't let him stick his sign in our yard. We would not recommend this company to anybody based on our experience.

Before I wrote this review, I somehow knew that I'd find others expressing the same issue with the Singh Contracting Group. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of encountering the obnoxious individual driving the truck with the pink panther stickers and Singh Contracting Group company logo plastered all over it.

I was driving in the left lane on the 202 and the truck tailgated me, flashed his beams, then proceeded to almost run me off the highway, nearly hitting me while he politely cut me off. I used my horn and he kindly flipped me off. A few miles down, I switched to the middle lane and yet again, he slowed down just to cut me off, almost running me off the road.

I had my daughter in the vehicle while this dip**** was driving with complete disregard for safety. Furthermore, my car is equipped with a dash cam. I have shared the footage with the Chandler police department, which nicely captures the vehicle tags as well. BTW, nice try getting one of those tinted covers obscuring your tags.

This is a warning so a decent person can avoid working with someone or a company that employs someone who has complete disregard for other human beings, safety, and exhibits complete recklessness. It seems that based on the other reviews, the driving ethics carry over to the business ethics.

Long story short, I need the under-layment to my roof replaced in the future and you can guess who I WON'T be using for my roofing job.

BTW, your obnoxious truck doesn't help you compensate for your little...

I had an awful experience driving next to one of these trucks with a huge trailer attached to the back of it. He cut me off in the middle lane coming up to a red light forcing me to slam on my breaks in order to not hit his trailer. I then got over to the right lane to turn into work, however there was a bus ahead of me that was going to make a stop so I put my blinker on and moved back over to the middle lane with plenty of room between us. Apparently that made him so upset that he then proceeded to pull up next to me, follow me, and flip me off for the next couple of miles. He then drove up next to me and started cutting into my lane on a very busy 3 lane road and I had no way to get away from him. After he finally left me alone I can very much say I will never bring any business to this company and will tell everyone about this incident. I will post a review on every possible website I can about this incident. Completely unacceptable and disgusting behavior. If this contractor is this reckless and careless driving a truck with a huge trailer attached to it, then I can only imagine how poor his work is. What a shame for the company name.

As a Professional Plumber who did work for Singh and sent a bill when his crew broke a solar water heater, I am still waiting now for 5 months to get paid. He wanted emergency help and said he would take care of it but now ignores texts and phone calls after saying his office would send a check, but never has. Not a professional company who can trusted by my experience. Could get home owners involved with liens!

Singh Roofing did a great job on my roof. They were very professional and timely. I would highly recommend them as they are very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire insurance claims process and kept me in the loop the entire time

Singh Roofing did a great job!! Felix was helpful with everything and answered all my questions in person (at a distance) and by calling or texting. I had no problems with singh but I did with my insurance company. And Singh helped us out with the deductible due to covid19 issue we are having. Thank you guys!!!

I own lots of commercial property. every time I need my roof change Singh roofing is my roofing company. Very professional people They are fast, quick and clean they always make sure to clean everything after their jobs done.

I hope the driver of this Singh company truck that I had the unpleasure of encountering on the I-10 today, has better workmanship than he does driving ability. The guy giving me the bird from said vehicle was completely inept, and apparently blames others for not being aware of unsafe lane changes and aggressive maneuvers in an obnoxiously large truck.

Singh Roofing successfully negotiated with my insurance company as they promised and their work allowed us to be able to successfully complete our roof repair.

I watched someone in Singh company vehicle (an oversized black Ford F-350 with obscured license plate) tailgating, speeding, and cutting multiple people off on the freeway (including me). Later, off the freeway, the truck almost ran someone off the road when two lanes merged and they sped up to pass a smaller car that was already clearly ahead of them. This is how you represent your company?

0 Stars. Hurts citizens and kids. So unprofessional. Almost hurt little children in on bus. The Black Ford Truck lifted with Company Logo Lion on side and pink panther on back with blacked out fake plate was cutting off a bus full of kids, then cut off two other vehicles swerving and then slammed on brakes in the fast lane. I will be pursing legal actions with my video evidence from cruisers dash cam for representing a company vehicle in a manor that tries to terrorize people with a big truck and a very small..... Asked to get my commercial roofing fixed for monsoon season prior to September... super happy with the work done by Singh Roofing and working with “Felix“. Would recommend this company to everyone.??

I'm only posting this because someone in a HUGE black truck with this business all over it was driving like a huge jerk on the 143 this morning heading South. Speeding like crazy, tailgating badly and changing lanes with no signals.

Someone get these guys off the road. The giant Ford F-350 is a danger. Watched this guy tailgate everyone driving down Rural, cut people off to the point of almost hitting their car, and honk when someone didn’t accelerate fast enough after a light turned green. These guys are pinnacle unprofessionalism.

You almost hit my family and I on the road cutting us off, flipping us off and throwing things at our vehicle with our 1 year old in it.... just to sit in front of us for an hour stuck in traffic, that everyone on the road coming back from Payson was aware of... If you’re going to drive like an aggressive ego maniac you probably shouldn’t be advertising your business on the side just for future reference. ??‍♀️

Owner Jesse seems like he has a good head on his shoulders. When you have your family name on the door, you should protect it fiercely, and do the right thing. Jesse seems to do that well.
