I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. It is really a stressful time to have your kitchen torn up for weeks but all the people I interacted with during the remodel were great and provided excellent quality work. We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

I engaged Todd Whittaker Drywall to repair a whole in the side of my garage where we removed an old swamp cooler and thus had to patch up the wall inside and out. The company was very responsive in terms of wanting to engage on my project and sent someone out within about 2 weeks to scope the work. The scoping went fine, their price was reasonable and so scheduled the repair. Once they came to do the repair, it proceeded without a hitch and they basically finished it in one day and it looks great! I'm more than happy to recommend Todd Whittaker Drywall for this type of work.

These guys are really the greatest! They provided us with our dream bathroom and made the whole renovation experience, pleasant. They cleaned after themselves everyday and were friendly with our two little dogs. Would recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Holtzman home improvement and the holtzman family are just awesome. I've done business with the holtzman family for over 10 years and have been fantastic to work with. They even donated to the Ronald McDonald house in Phoenix to help remodel their game room when I asked if they could help out. After contacting several contractors, decided to go with Neoteric Builders LLC. Paul was the most responsive and continued to be so during my bathroom renovation. Meticulous work and offered suggestions that I hadn’t of (ceiling, nicer tub). My bathroom looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them!

Although there were a few supply issues, even they the guys managed to complete the task within the given time, they were very professional and educated. Keep up the excellent work.

Worked with a gentleman by the name of James, he was very willing to hear us out on what type of kitchen we wanted. He was very attentive to our wants and needs we smoothly . Recommend him to other friends and family .

We went in on Friday 7/10 to look at quartz counter tops and back splash. Both employees were very nice and helpful. We were asked to send our kitchen dimensions and pictures so they can give us an estimate. They would be able to send an estimate by the end of the following week . We went home and sent them immediately. We waited until Friday afternoon 7/17 and finally called them. We were told the designer hasn't looked at them yet and will be in later. It is now Tuesday 7/21 and we still have not heard back. Lack of communication or maybe our job is too small?

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! When I had questions about my cabinet paint or services, I got a detailed response in a timely manner. The competitive quote I was given through sending a picture remained the same after the in person consultation which I appreciated. I could not be more thrilled with the job kitchen revival did on refinishing my kitchen cabinets. Love this company! Our upstairs balcony was unsafe and had to be rebuilt. 12 ft cantilever beams supported it and 8 feet of the beams were above our dining room ceiling.
ArDan met with us to discuss the project which sounded elaborate to me. They explained everything in detail which eased my concerns.
We left town during the project and came home to find everything in back in place and their work was beautiful.
After that we hired them to remodel a bar in our home. Again, wonderful job. They are professional, on time and very nice people with tremendous follow through. Highly recommend!

Dan and Danny are a great team and do an amazing job. They are very fast, precise, and neat. We had this father and son duo convert a bathtub into a shower for my mom so it would be easier for her to use and the work they did was even better than we hoped for. Danny was on time everyday and worked very hard to get the job done. He made sure all the tiles lined up and everything was in tip top shape. He would always clean up before he left every night and kept us updated of the timeline. We definitely recommend these guys and would use them again for any other projects we may have in the future.

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Good Guys. Good Guys completed a full kitchen, living room, dining room and entertainment room renovation for us last August and September and we are now working with them on plans for master and guest bathroom renovations to be completed this summer. So we are obviously happy with them by trusting them again with our home.
On our initial renovation, we had been through 3 months of a process with different group and it was a nightmare. After moving on from that designer, my wife and I were in need of a group that could regain our confidence in proceeding and within a week of a first meeting with Amber, Shannon and Dean we realized we were in good hands and our vision was back on track. We needed a group that could not only design to our vision but also that could project manage the execution as we were going to be out of the country during the renos. The project management piece and having Dean on site was of huge value to us. Dean kept us posted of progress with pictures and videos through an App. When any issue came up, Dean kept us posted on our options and we always felt he was working on our behalf to make sure we were staying within budget and making the best decision for us, not the company or any sub involved. The job was done on time as promised and on budget. We returned to PHX to a new, clean house ready to live in. Any follow up or warranty work was attended to in short order. We even had a small issue with a new barn door last month that Dean came back and adjusted for us on his way home.
My wife and I are pleased to act as a reference for Good Guys anytime.
