After shopping all the big box stores, decided on checking out local dealers and contractors for our cabinetry needs.

As I am doing the install myself, it was important to have someone willing to help me through the process of ordering, receiving and installing my new cabinets.

Kris at Envision Cabinetry was that guy.

Additionally, Kris' shop was capable of making custom doors and trim, painted to match color and finish to help me complete my custom kitchen.

If he is not at the office, his staff is more than capable and knowledgable and very personable. All around great experience. The new cabinetry looks fantastic.

Trinity Homes was the right choice for our whole home remodel. Very high quality work and they do it in a timely manner. Slade the owner is very knowledgeable, straight forward, and easy to work with. A lot of contractors can be knuckleheads, so do yourself a favor and meet with Slade and you'll know Trinity Homes will be the right choice. Highly recommended!! Tyson, who was the coordinator and overseer of our recent bathroom renovation/kitchen modification, did an outstanding job! He is so easy to deal with and takes an aggressive but relaxed approach to situations/challenges that require his attention. Tyson is very accomodating to his customer's needs and perceptions. I contacted red ram remodeling and spoke with a gentleman named Dan, I needed some work done on my house in multiple areas, He was eager to come out on my schedule and he was able to get the job done in timely manner, now you could never tell there was any damage to my home.

I have been working with Ted and the crew at Dwell Custom Cabinetry for the past 6 months and I can say that, without a doubt, they are dedicated to producing the highest quality cabinets in the business. Having reviewed all of their work, I know they have an attention to detail rarely seen these days.

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

Saw an ad on the web advertising replacement unit's at low price. Tried contacting them after 3rd attempt I was successful! I was then told they really don't do that anymore, that it's an old page on the web. Yet when you google the page it is attached to their current website.
Sound's shaky if not deceiving to me.

USE CAUTION

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.

I have been waiting three months for windows to be installed. I have paid half already and plan on selling house end of the month with no options on what to do.
