I've been coming here for 28 years since I was a child with my father. In the past year and a half it's a completely different store than just even 2 years ago. Just go to Tom Duffy and save yourself the trouble and heartache. I called 4 times today for a AE100/AHK cove schluters and I may as well been talking to a wall. They charged almost 380$ for products I never asked for and the AHK was the wrong size and with the wrong corners. So I'll have to go back AGAIN. Literally only go here now for last minute stuff.

good day this comment is for the managers of this business. I have been a customer for several years and I already have 2 times this year that the material delivery service is terrible and I have more than one hour waiting. and they do not care about anything, apparently there is a preference with orders that are not heavy, they only deliver few things. Check the forklifts and the sales staff doesn't do anything either. Vehicles get in and out. pay attention managers.

FOR THE TRUCKERS
If you go there overnight just back up to the dock and sleep they will come in the morning and offload you pretty quick. And if you go there in the morning they will still offload you in minutes. Very friendly staff and super fast service. They do have clean restrooms in the building but only when they are open. For night time you will have to use the gas station half mile away from the building.

Im not sure if they got all new staff or what but everytime i go pick up material now i get some one at the counter with an attitude and i always end up waiting extra long for my materials. im lucky if they get my order right the first time check your stuff before you leave or be ready to drive back. Smh
