I had Masterscapes remove an old free-standing barbecue island and build me a new masonry one with travertine tile over concrete top and pavers in front of it. They did an outstanding job and my wife and I love it. The workers cleaned the area upon completing the job. I should note this is the third job I hired Masterscapes to perform at my residence: the first job was to redo my sod in my back yard and the second time they redesigned and installed an entirely different front yard landscape. I have been extremely pleased with all the work they performed at my home. Anyone who needs landscaping of any kind should call Masterscapes!

I inquired about having a designer to come out to my house to help come up with a design and quote for my front yard. I had to keep following up with them to get someone to come out to my house and finally they sent someone with no time window just a text message saying I am 15 minutes away. The person they sent knew nothing about design so was a complete waste of time. I asked him what would it cost to put turf on my front yard and he said around $5k, when the quote came in it was $15k. They sent an follow up automated email asking about the quote and explained the situation without response then the next day they sent the same follow-up email.

Sal was the utmost professional and made our backyard look fantastic! 1500 sq ft of new turf, perfectly installed. I’m so happy with his work and if I have any projects in the future, I’ll be sure to call Sal!

Branko, the owner, came out personally on Memorial day weekend to check out my lawn and give me an estimate. They arrived on time two days later and cleaned up my lawn in a quick professional manner. The owner supervised the job to make sure it was done right. My yard looks great and the rates are very affordable. I highly recommend this company!

We just bought a house and we had Big Nick's install pavers for us. They did a great job and were so nice during the whole installation. These guys really value customer service. It was a joy having them work on my home. If I could give them more than 5 stars on here, I gladly would. They definitely deserve it. Highly recommended.

They were attentive to detail, executed our plans perfectly, had great communication, and were fair priced. Ivan went above and provided great customer service through the entire process. Descendants landscaping did a great job on my backyard!

I called them for an estimate and they were able to come out next day. After booking several estimates The descendants were the best choice for me. They installed my pavers and sod in 2 days and the grass is doing great. We have been staying off of it the first week, as per protocol, but me and my kiddos cannot wait to enjoy our backyard. I highly recommend this company. My neighbors came over to take a look at the work and they booked with the company as well. We were both able to get our backyards landscaped in the span of a week.

The landscapers were nice and respectful. They left my yard clean and gave me a plan on how to care for the sod. Today I received a follow-up call, just to check on how things are going. The company is going to come out to do my first lawn mow, fertilize the sod, and seed for summer grass. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend!

My Mother and I have been using their services for about a year and half. We were going to leave the last renewal, but when we threatened, they finally got off the dime and got out to the property (3 months after we started calling to get them out and 2 months after our contract expired). My mother left numerous voice mails that they claim they have no record of (yeah right). Then, when I had them out to treat weeds that had come up during our 6-month contract, they were dragging their feet and not responding. Finally threatened to leave and suddenly I get a response from someone. They come out and treat but the receipt now shows different wording about what is not covered than our original contract. So, I email the person again and, since they can't seem to keep track of phone calls, said I am only dealing with them via email so I have a record. I asked for them to send the proposed language of any renewal and keep their word that they would simply schedule us without us having to keep calling and emailing. Well, 4 weeks later and they still hadn't responded. So, even though we were in the process of getting a new provider, my mother wanted to give them a chance to respond and do the right thing by keeping wording on our contract as it has always been (lists 4 specific weeds that are not covered instead of just grassy weeds which is far too subjective. The owner decided he didn't want to respond and would let us take our business elsewhere, which is very very very fine with me. I tried to get my Mother to drop them 8 months ago. If you want to deal with people who return calls and emails and do what they promise they will, I suggest you run away fast from this company - there are too many competitors out there that know how to run their business and don't given you excuses like we've had people out sick for two months.

My experience with G Michael was exceptional from my estimate to the completion of the job. A good friend of mine recommended their services and I am glad that we did our back and front yard renovations with them. We bought the house recently and wanted a simple and enjoyable desert design. Garrett, the Project Manager & Designer, was extremely professional and creative, he listened to our vision for the project, gave us his thoughts, and together with Michael worked on the drawings to submit to the HOA. From the very beginning to end it was a very positive and painless experience. This team is very professional, always on time, organized, kind, and tidy. They completed my back yard in less than a week, and my front yard in 3 days. They were also eager to make sure we were happy with the end product, so they were willing to go the extra mile. We appreciate all the hard work and attention to detail that was put into both projects. We absolutely love the final results. They transformed an old run-down yard into a beautiful & lush lawn!

The low reviews are deceptive and I urge you to look past them. This is a great company with a great team. Adrian is responsive and provided reasonably priced quotes on two projects we had done with them. We had a large demolition of a gazebo type structure with a pit the size of a small swimming pool filled in. We were very nervous about this project but it was done flawlessly and the cleanup was done well. We also had a large tree trimmed and a raised ledge in our backyard removed. The team showed up every day between the communicated time window and each job was done in a timely manner. Payment wasn't collected until each job was completed which is contrary to some other reviews.
