They successfully repaired an irrigation leak in my front yard as part of an irrigation audit ($95). They told us that 2 bladders needed to be replaced for an additional charge :(

We were planning on having them complete the initial yard cleanup for which we were quoted $250.00 (which we thought was exorbitant to begin with). When the team showed up, they told us it would be $700. We were never told that the initial quote could be adjusted. Not happy.

Had them come out and bid on a tree trimming service in front of my house. Met with Nick and he was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable with him and didn’t feel like I was getting “scammed.” Would highly recommend Big Nick’s for anyone that values honesty and work that’s done right.

Asked for a quote and scheduled a time, then they no-showed me with no message. When we rescheduled and they finally came to do measurements, they said they would provide a quote that night and then I never heard from them again. Still haven’t received a quote or message several days later.

These guys are fantastic!! The best landscape crew I have ever met!! They are so nice, respectful, and most importantly they work fast and do an amazing job. The owner Sam and his whole crew were extremely professional and very thorough! They did a fantastic job on thinning and cutting our Mesquite tree and clean up!!! They were the most reasonable landscaping company that we found! We are so very happy that we found them and that we used them! You will not be sorry, your trees may be, but you will not be! I highly recommend this company! We will be using them yearly to keep up on our tree! Thank you so much Sam and your whole crew!

We where so lucky to find Josh. Finally a business owner that stands by his work with integrity. Could not be happier with his work. Josh has done general maintenance, clean up and some irrigation jobs for me. I have recommended him to several of my picky friends and they to are satisfied with his work. Fantastic people! I was doing my yard and the Pristine Green crew was doing the yard next door. My whimpy weed eater was having an issue with a particularly overgrown area and the crew member next door noticed and came over and knocked it out in just a few seconds. It was a really nice gesture! Since then I've had them come do my yard and it looks amazing! These are the kind of people I like giving my business to.

Luis and his team have been working very hard from day one and everyone is perfectionist, which I appreciate very much. They are also very responsive to my questions and requests and have been working with me patiently to deal with demanding Dc Ranch HOA. I chose the Botanist after comparing the bid with other two luxurious landscapers. I think Botanist provides much better value and great project . It is a great fit for regular project like mine. Although sometimes (a couple of times) the crew may be running late or couldn’t show up as planned, which is normal in the industry, I still appreciate their effort to making it right even that means they have to work at late hours or longer days. I already recommended Botanist to my in law’s new build and will recommend them to my other friends as well.

These guys are wonderful!! I have used many landscaping companies in the past and this is by far the best company I have used. They do a great job, very thorough and affordable. The office staff always responds quickly to questions and does their best to work through any issues that arise. I have been using them for a year now and will be using them for as long as they'll have me as a customer.
