From the design to completion Straight Line was awesome. Designer Holly delivered exactly what we wanted. Our projectt included a pool, patio extension pergola, and a ramada with a four burner gas grill, Primo kamado smoker, TV wall, and seating bar. My husband and I explained to Zee, from Masterscapes, the idea's we had for our two side yards. He was very creative and made a design almost immediately. He had a vision of what could be done that was in-line with our needs. After choosing Masterscapes as our landscaper, the office was organized and phoned us each evening to confirm a crew would be working on our project. The work performed was excellent and where we made a request, they attended to it quickly. Neighbors watching the work were impressed and asked for their business cards, too. Big Nick's is great. They installed pavers for me this week and the work was awesome. They were quick about everything and got it done for a great pice. We had them come on Saturday 04/27/2019 and they did an amazing job. Ivan is such a nice guy and did everything we asked them to do. Our yard looks amazing, our palm trees look awesome. We even have them coming once a month for yard care to maintain. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

They saved the life of my large Palo Verde tree that had split down the middle of the trunk in a wind storm. They did a very nice job of cleaning up the whole yard.

Luis and his team have been working very hard from day one and everyone is perfectionist, which I appreciate very much. They are also very responsive to my questions and requests and have been working with me patiently to deal with demanding Dc Ranch HOA. I chose the Botanist after comparing the bid with other two luxurious landscapers. I think Botanist provides much better value and great project . It is a great fit for regular project like mine. Although sometimes (a couple of times) the crew may be running late or couldn’t show up as planned, which is normal in the industry, I still appreciate their effort to making it right even that means they have to work at late hours or longer days. I already recommended Botanist to my in law’s new build and will recommend them to my other friends as well.

Were just here for landscape maintenance. I submitted requests to 8-9 companies on here. 2 showed up. They were able to come the quickest. Did a great job, quickly, and good price. Saved in phone. Will do again

I called their office 2 weeks ago, told the operator I wanted to set an appointment for somebody to come to our property to give us a quote. No one ever called me back or contacted me. I guess they don't need new business. So I give them a one rating! Terrible customer service

Poor installation. Barely 2 years and pavers sank. Now we’re dealing with a leak on the irrigation system they installed under the pavers.

Had a really terrible experience with Antony. Please don't sign up for any work with him. He took 10K advance from us. Didn't start the work and didn't start the work until several frustrating follow ups and he didn't even have a start date. His crew broke our patio door glass and didn't even reimburse the expense for it. His crew installed wrong color travertine. My husband had them remove the travertine. His team was totally irregular to arrive for work. He also doesn't answer any of our calls. Finally we were fed up and asked him to cancel the project. He reimbursed only 5K out of 10K and we ended up paying 5K for only cleaning weeds from our backyard!!!
