Sean Anderson and the crew at MountainScapers did a fantastic job transforming our drab, rock-filled front courtyard into a charming little botanical garden filled with a variety of palm trees, cacti custom-made planters and flowers. We had a vague idea of what we wanted, and Sean quickly came up with a concept that clarified the possibilities on both scale and content. His highly professional crew kept the project on time, making little adjustments along the way to accommodate our occasional whims. Ground Zero Landscape recently installed new irrigation lines and system at my house in Chandler, Great company, very professional, excellent customer service and on time. They installed the new lines and next day there was leak I called them they came right away and found that the leak was not from the new lines it was from neighbor, my house was model home and builder put joint lines, they did lot of digging and found the lines cut and sealed not coming to my property, that was all extra work but they did not charge me.

We got an estimate while in the progress of renovating our home. We had to have estimates submitted to insurance due to renters damaging/removing landscapng. He refused to even speak with the insurance to verify the estimate until we hired him. We were serious customers that were put off by Troy's unprofessionalism.

The 1st time they were ok. Hired through home warranty. 2nd time disaster from hell. They damaged my driver side car window. The stop working and took off job incomplete.
Comttact owner. They were worst. NoNo work ethics at al showed them the damaged they denied i it. Showed
the incomplete job. They refused to do anything. They lied and Said they refunded my money for services. TheyBeware of this horribllied. w casecond tome of service was a nightmare. My car was parked in my driveway. They broke my drives car window. The y did not tell me that they had damaged the window. The did not finish the job at all. The grab there gear and ran off. The owners of this company was just as bad as the workers.

The team at Botanist of the Valley helped design, consult, and construct the yard of our dreams. We had a full demo redesign of property front and back. They helped design, with our ideas a layout that fits perfectly with our community and 1964 ranch style home. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome of our oasis. Absolute most incompetent landscape company I've ever had the displeasure of unfortunately dealing with. What this company needs is someone who can train in the art of power sweeping with backpack blowers. Every Tuesday like clockwork, I as a residential owner of a condominium property go from a nice clean patio and instantly when the guy(s) with the blowers pass by... BOOM! Dirt, debris, trash, rocks, gravel, leaves you name it everywhere! Time after time I have even caught the men and had them to clean off what mess they have created on my patio, and asked they not blow everything under the gates of our units...In one ear and out the other. Asides from leaving personal space a mess? Vehicles in the lot are finely coated with a thick layer of dirt looking like the worst of haboobs has hit... Unacceptable! Leave landscaping to the professionals and NOT these guys!

Poor installation. Barely 2 years and pavers sank. Now we’re dealing with a leak on the irrigation system they installed under the pavers.

ABC Scapes is contracted by our HOA for landscaping services. I have bushes totally blocking my 1st floor windows that haven’t been trimmed in months. ABC employee shows up with a hand pruner to trim a 8 X 10 bush. I sent them photos of the bush so they should have known what equipment to bring.

Employee leaves and never comes back. I have left 4 messages and can not get a return call. Terrible customer service. I wish our condos would use another landscaper.
