Starting with the estimate process, Chris at Lonestar was transparent in setting up what we could expect from the company from pricing to quality to timing. What I liked most was that he stuck to just what we wanted and only suggested upgrades to specific items when there was a meaningful value add to our project. Because of this, of the 3 estimates we got, it was both the lowest price and best value for what we were looking to accomplish.

There was a short time where we felt a lack of communication between when we paid our scheduling deposit and actually getting on the schedule. The reality is, there's no perfect way to predict when one job ends and the next begins and once we expressed concern over the lack of communication, they were quick to keep us up to date on when our project would start.

The end result is really phenomenal for what we paid. The minor adjustments we asked for after the work was done were taken care of within a day. We got more done for less money than another local landscaper had already done in our yard, and we will certainly reach out to Lone Star first when it's time to do more work.

I had just bought my house and my back yard was dirt with a bunch of dead trees. Masterscapes transformed by back yard into a great space that both my dog and I love! Zee was very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the lanscapers to the office staff were awesome.When I was ready to overhaul my front yard, of course I called Masterscapes! Very happy with the results!!

We're sorry to say we were very unhappy with our experience. We asked for a one-time cleanup and communicated our specific needs with photos of our property. We got a generic clean-up quote, and when I asked about our specific requests, I got an updated quote. Thinking our needs had been communicated, we booked the clean-up. Not only were our requests not met, but the general tasks on the quote from AMS were not met, either! Tree trimming? Weeds? Nope, didn't happen. Clean up debris? Nope, dead leaves and freshly cut branches all around the bushes they trimmed. We could see that they mowed and they trimmed our bushes a bit (which was not what we requested, we wanted them cut way back for the winter). But that was it! On top of everything, our visit summary and invoice were completely blank with no tasks listed at all! This seems to be a good company for easy, ongoing, routine maintenance, but NOT for yard cleanups.

Scottsdale Landscaping Company mows my lawn weekly. Also, I have them fertilize, bag my leaves in the fall, prune my bushes, do snow disposal, and do landscaping.

Asked for a quote and scheduled a time, then they no-showed me with no message. When we rescheduled and they finally came to do measurements, they said they would provide a quote that night and then I never heard from them again. Still haven’t received a quote or message several days later.

I converted my grass yard to a desert landscape in January 2015, with Victor's Landscaping doing the work. They did an excellent job. It was done fast, never left a mess, and addressed any concerns or changes I had the next day. Ana was always phoning or emailing me to keep me apprised of the schedule. The plants are starting to bloom and grow. I have no qualms about referring others to this company.

We've used these guys several times over the past couple years and have been mostly happy with their work. This past Thursday was another story entirely. The crew stole items I had placed outside for cleaning, heck, they WATCHED me clean these and still chose to take them. When I noticed them missing, I immediately called Sergio and asked if they'd taken them. He said yes, he could see them and they'd be returned to us the next morning. My husband called him Friday morning to find out when they'd be by (they took my birds travel cages. We move TODAY - Saturday!) as their decision severely impacted our plans and ability to properly transport our birds. After several un-returned messages, I finally informed Sergio's message service that I was stopping payment on the check I'd given them and filing a police report for theft. Sergio called me fairly quickly after that and said that they'd never had the cages, argued with me that there was nothing he could (more like would) do. He had nothing to say for himself when I reminded him he'd told me he could see the cages. When I told him of the stopped payment and my intent to call the police, he merely replied ok which seemed very weird to me.

As a result of this theft, we are seriously behind in our moving preparations and have endured stress that could have been avoided by his crew doing the right thing (they could have asked if I was getting rid of them to start, for instance... I could have told them no!) and returning our property.

Use extreme caution if you opt to use them. Inspect your property and perhaps their trailer prior to paying them. It was funny, I had a nice tip waiting for each of the crew members as this was to be our last visit from them. I've always overlooked their issues with timeliness as they did a decent job and felt an extra thank you was necessary. At the very last minute I felt uneasy and didn't give them the cash I'd planned to. Thankful that uneasy feeling hit me, as that cash goes to start replacing what they've stolen.

EDITED 7/27: Amazingly, three hours after I posted this review... I walk out into my garage to see Sergio. Standing next to my birds carriers that magically appeared. The ones his guys couldn't have possibly taken! Due to his BS, our move was delayed. This cost us additional money in trailer rentals, pet sitting, etc. His nonsense also required us to make an extra FIFTEEN HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY and more stress than I can tell you. This theft caused a snowball effect of our entire move. All because he/his employees cannot tell the truth or do the right thing until a horrible Google review is made.

Avoid at all costs. Or lock up all of your stuff so his employees don't have the ability to steal your belongings! I've warned everyone in my neighborhood (as well as all surrounding neighborhoods) of this theft and the inability to believe a word Sergio says via Nextdoor. Spare yourself and find another landscape company!

I have been with this wonderful landscaping company for over 13 years now. They do great quality work whether it’s for trimming trees and bushes, keeping the yard free of weeds or helping clean up after storms. Luis is great to work with, he answers calls right away and helps with all my questions. I highly recommend them!

The best company for stone landscaping is Desert Sunview Landscaping LLC. They provide great service in the hot desert environment. They did great landscaping in front of my house. They followed through on the project. Very attentive until the job was finished. Highly recommended.

This entire company is absolute bottom of the barrel. Me and my husband had our entire backyard done by this company, the irrigation was faulty, our grass died. We reached out the the turf supplier this company used. They confirmed that this company improperly installed the irrigation. When me and my husband asked to have issues corrected. The owner screamed at me on the phone. He also went to our home while we were gone and entered our backyard without permission. I have still have voicemails of him admitting he entered our property without permission. Please stay far far far away. This company shouldn't even have their contractors license.
