We were very happy with Ground Zero. Chad, the owner, was great to work with as he is very responsive and personable. He makes plenty of time with you and shows he really cares about the end result. We would definitely use Ground Zero for future landscaping and would highly recommend him to our family and friends.

They are very professional and do a great job. They always show up on time and any time I have asked them to do something not part of regular maintenance they have always been happy to help. I have had three different yard services and BJs has been the one I will stick with

Excellent communication. Being a Realtor I know that follow up and information are imperative. They were on top of everything and let me know continually how and when things were going to happen. The work was done in a timely manner (weather permitting) and the finished job is beautiful. I did my own design, but Zee tweaked it perfectly. The plants are still small in the pictures, but will grow quickly. The final result was better than I expected. All our Friends are amazed.

Let me be clear. The service was great! The communication on the other hand was not. I run an airbnb company and had no idea they were coming so early in the morning. The guest staying at my house woke up around 6:50 am to leaf blowers and lawn equipment. We scheduled to have the service done that date but they never got back to me about what time they were coming. I called the company and they agreed to come later moving forward which is appreciated. It still doesn’t fix the issue that my guest have from getting woke up early which could negatively affect my company ratings.

We had these great guys come out and clean up our neglected landscaping and backyard this week, the place looks fantastic. I'm all set to entertain for the Fall, and I couldn't be happier with the yard.

Watch them like a hawk, they get paid and don't show up. they owe our community for at least 10 times they were a no show. When I complain to the HOA they send me nasty letters. Their mismanagement has caused damage and a big liability to our community. Buyer beware! They ignored the drainage into the wash they are supposed to maintain which looks horrible and it over flowed washing away the soil under the sidewalk. Whenever I complain they dismiss me and continue to do sub par work. This is what you can expect for over $400 a month! Pathetic!

I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. I look forward to working with them again! These guys are great. On time. Reasonable. Honest. Cut my palm trees 6/30/19 and cleaned all the mess out of the pool almost like they never were here. I highly recommend them and they do any yard work you can imagine. Thank you guys for making this a great experience and i don't have to go outside and clean up after! awesome work. customer for life!

A 2 month wait to trim a small tree we'll b fined b4 that thanks no thanks u can't find my name cuz u never asked for it I called was told about the wait on the tree service and I had to have ongoing services

This landscaping company unfortunately does the landscaping for our HOA, (which is still run by the builder) . Even after our community has complained about the lack of maintenance and quality of work they rushed through and butchered everything, limbs sticking out that are not trimmed. Weeds everywhere. Stay away if your considering them for a HOA community.
