Starting with the estimate process, Chris at Lonestar was transparent in setting up what we could expect from the company from pricing to quality to timing. What I liked most was that he stuck to just what we wanted and only suggested upgrades to specific items when there was a meaningful value add to our project. Because of this, of the 3 estimates we got, it was both the lowest price and best value for what we were looking to accomplish.

There was a short time where we felt a lack of communication between when we paid our scheduling deposit and actually getting on the schedule. The reality is, there's no perfect way to predict when one job ends and the next begins and once we expressed concern over the lack of communication, they were quick to keep us up to date on when our project would start.

The end result is really phenomenal for what we paid. The minor adjustments we asked for after the work was done were taken care of within a day. We got more done for less money than another local landscaper had already done in our yard, and we will certainly reach out to Lone Star first when it's time to do more work.

Ground Zero made my yard look amazing! I wanted a fresh look that made me feel good about having friends over and Chad and his crew did an excellent job! He even suggested a few upgrades that still kept me within my budget and added to the overall appearance of my property. Master AZscapes remodeled our backyard patio last month. We can't say enough as to what a beautiful job they did for us. The patio has been transformed into a wonderful, comfortable respite for us and ready to welcome guests. The foreman on the job, Derek, was the best. He reviewed all our ideas and came up with many himself that made the design turn Into what we imagined it to be. The team at Botanist of the Valley helped design, consult, and construct the yard of our dreams. We had a full demo redesign of property front and back. They helped design, with our ideas a layout that fits perfectly with our community and 1964 ranch style home. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome of our oasis. We were forced to use them for the front yard of our new build. They were great to start, but since then moving in, they had to move a couple plants, which they did. There were other issues since then (before the 30 day warranty was up) that I tried to get fixed, but I never received a response. They are way overpriced and really do a below average job when installing rock and pavers. They get in with community contractors, which is great for them because they use the cheapest materials they can buy in bulk and change a premium.

This is a great place to work. As far as one of the comments referring to these people? What exactly does that statement mean? They are called landscapers and did it bother you they parked on the sidewalk? Did they take your parking spot or cuz you had to walk around? Maybe that's the only place they had to park. And their work is great they are hard workers. Why don't you try to do their job and see how good you are since you seem to have a judgemental opinion on these people . Asked for bid on normal size house with average yard clean up...$1600, 4 guys for 8 hours.....said if it takes less than 8 hours, still going to be $1600...to weed and trim and rake. I don’t know about you but I sure don’t pay people who charge for an 8 hour day but then add disclaimer that it could be less than 8 hours but still full day charged......also, he wants prepayment for his jobs and for maintenance work. That, I believe, is illegal to ask for in CA. Just thought I’d share what I found out when I asked for an estimate. Sounds very fishy to me
