1-800 Water Damage is the only water damage mitigation and remediation company that I will ever use or recommend! They responded within 60 minutes of my call. When they arrived, they had all of the equipment they needed...no trips back to the shop! They were extremely respectful and very professional at every step of the process. Very pleased with the level of professionalism from Kai (Branch Manager) and two technicians Francisco and Jose. We had a water heater leak and they came out to check for water damage and mold within an hour of calling. They even offered to leave some commercial fans for a couple of days free of charge just to make sure everything dried up properly. Grateful for honest technicians and for impressive customer service that goes above and beyond.
