We selected Lone Start based on another referral, and so pleased we did. Chris Cadena and his team delivered a superb backyard patio and landscaping transformation. Chris provided the perfect blend of working with our general objectives, while adding his own influence and detailed design suggestions. We absolutely love the result. His crew was very friendly, clean, professional and efficient, and the outcome a quality job.

My wife sent an email to ask for an estimate to get services. She got an email back from Debbie Coffee (yes that was the name of the rep) from AMS that basically said We can't help you. Try someone else. No reason was given as to why they couldn't come out. Terrible customer service and completely rude staff it seems.

We have not. By the time you answered me back, I hired someone and they came and gave me a quote. A business that doesn't answer phone calls and takes that long to get back is pretty frustrating. I needed to speak to a live person or be contacted within an hour at least. Its just professional to do so. I am a business owner and my customers are important to me. Then when you did call, you said yeah did you call this number?, well of course I did and left a message about it too. The way I would have done it is Hello my name is Victoria and I received a message from this number about our service. How may I help you? So you have a good day Big Nick's phone person. No dispespect but I have no idea who you are because you never communicated that at all

In addition to bi-monthly landscaping, they have performed other maintenance needs for me as well, such as: trimming and thinning my very tall pine tree, repairing my rear fence, installing a trailer parking area, backyard landscaping, and repairing my decorative brick facade.

You guys don’t pay attention. That common area in our neighborhood is always flooded with water. It hasn’t rained in at least 10 days. The families in this community can’t use the common areas because of to much water. Get it together!!! 17st and grovers.

These guys are great. Luis showed up to give a quote in person for our demo job. They were able to start the next day - a Saturday, and would have worked Sunday too if I hadn't insisted they take a day off. They got the job done quick and they were extremely considerate of saving us money. Best of all, the communication was impeccable. As I was away at work I got regular updates from Luis about the progress. Whenever something came up, Luis was on top of it, providing details and helping out. This is a great company!

This is the 2nd time we have used Pristine Green this summer. We had just moved into a new home and were in need of a new crew and a major clean-up as the hard hadnt been attended to in a while. They gave me an estimate over the phone and were able to get us in right away! They are very reasonably priced, do an AMAZING job, quick to respond and no issues getting an appt last minute. The management and crew are very nice and easy to work with. When people visit, one of the first questions they ask is who does the yard maintenance?! I will continue to rely on Pristine Green for all my landscaping needs and refer them for anyone who is looking!!
