Man Nick was the first person to respond at 6am calling for a replacement key. I have a 97 Camry so locks was changed out through time. Nick didn’t have the right shape he had to get in touch with Toyota and some more stuff but sure enough PicKNick pull through for me even let me sit in his AC vehicle while he worked. This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.

Excellent. I got a key made that the regular hardware store (including Lowes) didn't have. I received my key in a couple of days by mail and it worked perfectly.

Nathan came through and saved my life! I had 4 companies come out 1 in which did more damage to my ignition than what I even called for in the first place and then left us on the side of the road to fend for ourselves. The last company that came out referred me to Nathan and I couldn't be happier! He was quick, efficient, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I'd refer him to my grandmother 1000xs over! Expensive but convenient

I recently had all of the locks in my home replaced by Leon Locksmith LLC and I couldn't be happier with the results.

My copy keys did not work but I sent email and got a refund right away, no questions asked.

I called in a panick requesting a locksmith for my elderly parents who managed to lock themselves out of their house. The person who answered assured me he would get a tech to help ASAP. 1 minutes after hanging up the phone, Tom called to let me know he was on his way. He got there in about 10 minutes. Tom was very professional, keeping in contact with me and my parents. I recommend this to anyone looking for fast, professional service.

I did call a company before calling Phoenix Masterlock, but they never even answered.

Best company.
