I called this company and Johnny came out right away. He gave me a competitive price and his service was really good. I thought it would cost more than it did. This company rocks and I really recommend them.

We had them come out to repair 3 locks on our home. They showed up on time and made sure all of the locks were working when they left. I would definitely call on them again.

I'm a locksmith myself. I had an issue on a newer model car I was unfamiliar with. I called Todd at Alcatraz for help. He walked me through it over the phone. So we went on vacation and came home in early hours of the morning just to find out we took the wrong keys with us and found ourselves locked out of our home.

We called David Locksmith who is either affiliated or is someway apart of Sage Locksmith. His response time was on point but his attempt to pick our lock was less than stellar. what I found interesting is he drive home even before attempting to pick the lock that he may have to drill the lock off. That was very interesting although needing in our home we were at his mercy. His attempt to pick the lock was unsuccessful and he than drilled our lock off.

The aftermath was a lock set that we would consider cheap as compared to our original and the bill that was paid was damn near $500.

A few days later I contacted Sage and was told someone would look into this and call me back. Up until now no call backs.

Beware: my opinion is that he knew he could drill off the lock which is much easier at 3:30am and is an additional cost to do so. We aren't locksmiths we can't challenge.

Well we had another locksmith pick another lock on our main door and that was a Schlage took the man under 3 min....

At this point we have no choice but to leave a review and warn others of our experience as we can't get a call back to resolve and at this point I'd want a substantial refund.

After calling several different locksmiths to get help after accidentally getting locked out of our house with a car full of groceries and kids, Sean our locksmith with Locksmith Near Me was the one who we ended up choosing tonight. Unfortunately, some of the locksmith companies we called first tried to charge more then thier website's advertised price or had extremely long wait times which showed that customers and safety were not their priority. But Sean was on time, professional, honest and respectful. He also wore a mask and took Covid safety precautions which my family appreciated very much. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to use a locksmith during these difficult times.

Good service, Great prices in and out in less then 30mins

Keys worked great, but a bit more $ than I expected.

I used their kiosk in my local grocery store and they seriously work better and smoother than the original keys! I also had a 3rd one that had to be mailed to me as it was a design the kiosk didn't have. It arrived quickly and the 1st try it didn't lock or unlock but after turning it a few times it worked as well as the 1st 2 that were made with the original key pressed into the kiosk. I will definitely use them in the future.

We stumbled onto this kiosk when in Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It reminded us that we needed a copy of one of our keys. It was extremely easy to use and they had some really cool keys. If we went with a simpler one it would have been printed right there, but we went with a design the kiosk didn't have. We had our new key within two days and it worked perfectly. We loved the fact we could save our keys and reprint them without having to return to the kiosk. We will be using them again.
