One of my clients dogs somehow managed to turn the deadbolt on one of my business doors, leaving me locked out of the room and the dog locked in! Kyler M. squeezed us into his busy schedule and made it out to my business in North Phoenix in under 30 minutes. He had the door opened in just a few minutes and was so friendly from start to finish. Amazing work on a stubborn Nissan that another locksmith couldn't get to turn on with a tough steering wheel lock. Berrot rebuilt the ignition due to bad springs and gave us a new key for a very fair price and only took him a couple of hours to sort out. We thought we'd be towing the thing to the dealership with such a grim outlook give to us by the previous locksmith. I will be using them as my go to from now on and recommend them to any one with an issue with their locks!

Truly can't even put into words how awful my experience was with ACME locksmith. I urge any potential customer to think twice before utilizing this service. Not only will you be left high and dry when the 30 day warranty expires shortly after your installation, but you will be undervalued and dismissed as a customer.

The company installed a lock for our company that utilized a remote control. Installing the lock was a huge headache in itself since the company sent us the wrong lock initially. About a month later (right after the hardware warranty expired), the lock started to act up so I called the number on the quote. Even though I clearly specified our customer information, the woman on the line (Amber), did not look up our invoice to confirm what services and hardware we had purchased. She then proceeded to insist that I hadn't purchased a lock with them and that we had bought another cheap device and then hung up on me. After recovering the invoice number from my files in order to confirm our purchase, I called back a total 4 times. Each time I was urged that Eric would be calling me back shortly. I was never called back and left to handle the issue myself even though the service warranty was still in effect. Truly an awful experience - and i hope this account saves someone else from a similar experience.

Wow! Not sure if this guy was having a bad day or what, but may be one of the rudest people I’ve spoken to when inquiring about a service. I called the original number and he said he would have his partner call me back. The second man I spoke to had no customer service, extremely rude and didn’t sound like he wanted to do the work at all!

When I initially called he had a very quick response time and saved me money over the alternative which was the dealership. Upon arrival he got me into my ca,r programmed a new fob and we were both back on the road within 15 minutes. A few weeks later when my fob malfunctioned I called and he arrived literally 15 minutes later . He tested my fob then he replaced it, free of charge. I would recommend Sage locksmith

Sean was exceptionally courteous. He took the time to explain the problem and how to fix it. He broke down the cost to repair the lock prior to beginning the work. The repair was completed quickly. Sean also checked out my other locks to ensure there were no further issues. Would definitely do business again!

I LOVE KEYME! I was actually dredding going to look for somewhere to copy my house key. Then, while at the kiosk I realized that I coukd make a sticker of my key fob which is so much easier because now I don't have to take my huge keychain out of my bag, it's much easier since I pasted it on the back of my phone!
