Best Smart Key in Phoenix AZ

I called Johnny Phoenix Locksmith extrordiare at 7am on Sunday, July 24th, 2022. I was locked out of my residence within 15 minutes of his offices. I realize that the world doesn't revolve around me. I was told by the lady on the phone that he would call me in 15 minutes. I called back an hour later and she said he was close by and that he'd be there within another 15 minutes. By that time it was hot. I was professional and patient. Waited until 10am. Called at 10am. She said he was running behind. I called another locksmith who appeared in 15 minute. Problem solved. I will never ever call Johnny locksmit. I manager 2 mid-rise office building, each white over 350 locks. I'll never call Johnny again.

The guys here are great and is possibly the best service I’ve ever had for a locksmith issues. They always have everything in stock.

Both gentlemen were awesome!!! helped me immediately with a relatively complex issue with Land Rover keys. they were able to repair a botched key cut somewhere else and make two duplicates for me from my key that had significant wear on it. Also were able to program the Land Rover keys within minutes. Highly recommend them!!!

Brian at the Phoenix location is awesome, it took some time but he came through with the part we needed to fix the door.

Couldn't help me with the Jaguar key

Fantastic work! The locksmith was able to replace my lock quickly and efficiently.

I called this place thinking it was 5 minutes from where I was stuck at. The guy took over an HOUR to get to me when he said he was 30 minutes away. The kid looked to be barely 17 years old and charged me $170 to unlock my car which took him less than 10 seconds to do. I’ve never heard of or been charged that much to unlock my car. I tried to ask for some money off since it took him so long to get there and he said no. Lady on the phone was rude too. Will never call this terrible company again.

I had locked myself out of my vehicle and I looked online and saw the reviews and believed Phoenix LockMaster was the way to go. I was told it would be $19.99 just to show up and labor starts at $35. It sounded fair (how much labor could there be?). I was told someone would be calling me right bac to confirm. 10 minutes later I had to call them back to see if someone was coming or not. A few minutes later Tommy called and said he was on his way and would be there in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later he called to say he was close. When he finally arrived he used two air pillows to prop open the door wide enough to pop open the door lock (non electrical locks) and opened the door, less then 3 minutes. He told me my bill was $129. Not sure how we went from $54 to $129. We negotiated a little to $100 (still too high). We contacted region manager, Ron Goldenberg the next business day and discussed how it could jump so high. Ron was quick to resolve the issue and refunded $45. The service was professional, Tommy did do a very good job and Ron was very professional and customer conscious
