Best Service/ Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

The back of my car key had cracked and a large piece had fallen off. I stopped by ACME without calling to make an appointment or to even see if they would be able to help. Drew helped me right away and was able to fix my key in literally two minutes. It is as good as new! He could have told me that I needed an entirely new key (which would have been significantly more expensive), but instead, he just replaced the back piece for me. I was only charged $15 (way less than I was anticipating)! I will continue to go back to ACME anytime I need a fix!

Update: Found another locksmith and got the job done with less than half of the price. It took like 3 minutes in total. The guy form Ahwatukee Locksmith spent longer time on writing the receipt yesterday.

Called them to replace a front door lock. No fancy smart lock setups or anything, just a very basic lock, and they had access to the house without any drilling or picking. Dispatch said it would start with $85 which was a reasonable price, but the technician came and gave me a quote of $250. They did literately nothing and I was charged $29 service fee.

I saw another bad review said their service fee was $19. I guess that there were so many customers said no to their crazy pricing so they had to surcharge the service fee?

I couldn't find a yelp page for them. Lucky you yelp users! you dodged a bullet.

Btw they were 1 hour late.

I asked what their company was. They told me a random company name, 24/7 mobile lock smith.Unfortunately I still have your number so I can find it from google and leave my honest feedback to future customers.

Cory was incredible. I text him on a Friday night to rekey my place. He was here within a half hour. Did an amazing job. My quote was $79. I was all good with that. We got talking after I paid him. He said I didn't know you were a veteran. Give me your card back I owe you some money. I was thinking no way! He didn't have to do this. He refunded my card the veteran discount. I have already told three people since he left two hours ago. I will refer anyone I know to him. Honesty and integrity. Hard to find these days!!!
