Solar Topps did an outstanding job installing my system over 4 years ago and it continuing to crank away. I've produced 108% of planned production since installation (using NREL's PVwatts production estimation tool) and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the install, my enphase mirco-inverters and the enphase enlighten dashboard to keep an eye on everything.

I purchased an off-grid home in Buckeye in 2020. I originally hired a different company to install new batteries, generator, and compatible ac system for my off-grid home. I spent well over 30k on this entire system. By summer 2021, I started having issues with my system and called my installer to check it out. They couldn't figure it out and had me use my generator 12 hours a day until they could find another technician. This over ran my generator and caused several issues. They never called me back and I had to call another company. I had 4 different companies come and check out my system and they all said they weren't familiar enough with full off-grid systems to fix my issue. Southface was the 5th company to come to my home. Not only did they fix my system, they fixed the errors from my original installer. I'm so grateful for their help. They were also very competitively priced. Thank you Southface!

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. Arizona Energy Pros are absolutely Amazing! One evening I noticed an electrical burning smell in my Master bathroom. I immediately called Rusty of AEP and he showed up within minutes. He found that the GFCI receptacle was faulty with burned wires, and I can tell you as a retired Firefighter it was a house fire waiting to happen. Rusty had the GFCI changed out within minutes, and the system up and running again in under 1/2 hour from the time I placed the initial call. Now that's SERVICE with a Smile...... Something that is very rare and hard to find in any business of today. To make my experience even better, the cost of the repair was far under what I was expecting. This wasn't the 1st time Rusty has been to my home, he previously gave me free advice on several remodeling aspects. I was so pleased with AEP, that I now have Rusty working on putting together a Solar install for my home.

These guys a professional. They care deeply about sustainability and are virtual encyclopedias about ways to reduce the carbon foot print of our house. They helped me with things that made a substantial difference and not nice to have' at extra cost. I pay just a quarter for my winter APS bill than I did before. That's with much more day time use than before because we're now working from home! We run the dishwasher and clothes dryer during the day when it's convenient instead of waiting until late in the evening.
